I took my jeep in because my tire was low on air. I didn’t have an apt or anything and I asked if they would let me air up my tire. John was very nice and actually patched the hole from a nail within 30 min and it was only 30$. He was really nice, straightforward and professional! Thanks John!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Best Buy tire center for 18 years now and my grandparents have been taking their vehicles for 42 years . We’ve always had excellent customer service with Vic, Greg and John. We’re always satisfied with the engine repairs , oil changes , tire services and etc . Honest mechanics that get the job done right the first time .

Greg, Vic, and John are great. Been taking my 3 cars here for tires the past 20 plus years. Always honest and doesn't try to up sell on tires you don't need. Gives you several choices of brands, price, and wear information.

Luckily we are a five minute walk from Best Buy Tires. They are the most reliable, honest auto business I know of in the South Bay. How lucky we are to be right around the block! They have worked on everything we have from a 1966 Vw beetle to my 2019 truck and all of our other vehicles in between. Great customer service, good prices and to top it off, Greg, Vic and John are truly genuine human beings that care. Yes, no matter what people say about LA these are good, down home people with lots and lots of automotive experience

I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for years because I trust the owners. The prices are very reasonable and fair. Greg may seem grumpy and rude, but once you get to know him, you will like him. He has a good heart. I had some work done on my car that was going to take some time. Greg offered to drop me off at my home, which I accepted and he offered to pick me up when the work was completed. My sister came by, so she took me back. How's that for customer service!

Greg is a curmudgeon but he has a good heart. These people will not swindle you and their prices are so reasonable. We have been taking all of our cars there and have never received less than exceptional service. They are extremely caring and have given us the best care possible in the 10+ years that we have been going there.
