Diaz tires in Garden Grove

The crew stayed after closing and literally worked in the dark (because the homeless people in the neighborhood keep breaking their floodlights) to mount, balance and install my tires! They were very gracious and friendly and did a great job! Thanks for taking care of me!

Classic bait and switch kinda place. Drove 30 minutes to get here and when I got there they said the tires we talked about on the phone were actually no good. They tried to sell me on more expensive tires and they even had patches already. Waste of time and gas

Told me over phone one price to dismount and remount tires. I called back and double checked the price. The English speaking guy confirms. Drove further to get to this store, and once there, he doubles the price. I really needed it done quickly so I paid. He was supposed to balance the tire for me and when going home felt new vibration in the steering wheel. Now should I trust him to do the job correctly? I certainly won’t and I’m out $49 now. It’s not cool and a bit dishonest to bait and switch like that. Then do shoddy work. Can’t even balance a tire? The location is next to a homeless encampment too. You will see just feet away from you persons traversing and living in the area. Not to judge homeless people because I wanted to give this business the benefit of the doubt but look what happened to me. A place to send your enemies. Not your friends or families.

Gave them a call before coming and assured me they had what I needed. Well they satisfied me for sure. This place had run flats when I needed them which was immediately. Amazing price and great tires. Almost new and half the cost of any other place. Plus the service was 20x faster than the big companies. Love this new place I found. Coming Again whenever I need tires. Highly recommend

Really fast service, I didn't even have to wait. I came in for a patch on my tire, they ended up finding two nails and patched them in less than 20 minutes. Service was great and to the point. Thank you diaz tires!

Fast fix from my tires where there's a puncture hole in it, they can fix it asap. The guys are cool and knows what they're doing. Free air on your tires if request.

I went to this shop and asked to have my four tires installed. He quoted me a price which includes installation and balancing. After the technician was done with the job, I drove my car and I noticed that the steering wheel was shaking and the tire sensor indicator started flashing. I called back the technician to inform him that the balancing was probably off. He reasoned out that it was probably because the tires were not good. I decided to bring my car to Costco instead to have my tires checked. They did a great job with the balancing and confirmed that the balancing was way off. It even cost me only $21 compared to the $80 I paid Diaz Tires. It was a total rip-off.

Excellent job. Got my tire fixed here when it went flat on the freeway. Would recommend, friendly guy
