The technician who handled the installation was not only professional but truly cared about the quality of the work. It was clear they took pride in their craft, ensuring everything was done right. On top of that, the customer service from Claudia, the secretary, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth. Outstanding job from the company overall highly recommend!

Above and beyond! Art and Claudia are the best! The back glass of our car was broken at night. The next morning I contacted Art s Auto Glass, hoping to get a same day appointment. Claudia answered the phone and provided an excellent customer service, she helped me to schedule an appointment the same day. She was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Art arrived on time at our apartment complex and ready to work. He was very professional and did an amazing job. He cleaned up all the broken glass inside our car. The shredded glass was everywhere but he left the inside looking like new. He definitely goes the extra mile. Our back window looks great thanks to Art. Their service is high quality. I needed my windshield replaced and I contacted Arts Auto Glass. They were able to come to my house the same day. Service was hassle free and the price was unbeatable. I have a 2005 Toyota Sequoia and I got locked out of my vehicle so I had to break the window and I have to say arts auto glass was a huge help. Claudia was professional and reached out to me and scheduled Arturo to come by and let s say they did an amazing job not only that same day but they came to my job also to fix it. Truck is back to good health and Arturo was awesome!

Excellent service. I called on a Sunday for a broken windshield and received an appointment a few hours later for a tech to come to my house. Prices were very competitive mostly for a weekend emergency. Tech was very courteous, efficient but thorough. Highly recommended

I have never met someone so nice such as Arturo. From the start of installation he described every step in detail so that I could see what he was doing. Installation was very professional. When replacing a windshield, the installation part is what matters the most. If installed incorrectly or poorly, the vehicle will be prone to leaks such as water or air. He also cleaned and prepped every part that was needed unlike a lot of other people who would try to cut corners. Unfortunately my vehicle had been sitting out in the sun a lot so a lot of my molding was cracked. Arturo did his best to put back all the parts so that my vehicle would still be be in good shape. Side note: Fuyao Glass America made my glass. Do not hesitate to call or text him for information! If I ever some more assistance with my vehicle glasses, I will be sure to ask Arturo.

Art is very nice and professional . As far as having my first windshield crack fix this was a great experience. assured me of his work and his warranty various times and recommendations of future work should my vehicle need it. The response time was quick and flexibility was nice. Last minute I could not make it to his workplace and asked if he could come out instead. Politely said yes, asked for address and came through. My go to glass guy for sure!!
