Great place to get a battery, unfortunately you have to bring your own tools to remove your own battery 🤔 as a woman this is a big inconvenience. However my 5 Star review is for an employee by the name of Jesus. Jesus was kind enough to help my husband locate a tool to help remove the battery from our truck. Employees like Jesus that go out of their way, make customers like us want to return (of course, with our own tools). Thank You Jesus!

Warranty and Service. Very impressed by the promptness of their warehouse staff. Specifically, Eddy whom went out of his way to process a warranty exchange quickly. I was expecting to drop off the battery for testing and reasonable attempts to repair the battery. It was previously tested and still had sticker but nonetheless understand so many companies (and people) have lost trust due to the abuse of commonsense approaches to situations. Nonetheless, I was informed it would be a couple days. Additionally, I wasn't sure if I got it from AAA Premier Roadside or some other vendor. Luckily Eddy was able to verify purchase and handle the warranty in an extremely professional manner. I spoke with his lead and expressed the same level of thanks. Highly recommend the staff and processes that management has empowered their staff with procedures that are indeed geared towards resolutions and not excuses. Thank you.

These gentlemen may never see this, but I have to express how grateful I am for their outstanding customer service, truly caring about their people. Highly recommend the store to anyone who needs to replace their car battery. They do not do installation, but they will take your old battery and give you the new one when you are ready.

Everyone is friendly and courteous. Backing up 53 ft trailers is challenging but obviously can be done. You have to use dock on the left as you look at the building. Use driveway across the street to back up and ask for someone to help back you up.

I obtained two huge lead acid batteries each weighing 130 pounds well over 10 years ago. They no longer were any good. I wanted to donate them. This company was recommended to me. I called and the person on the phone was excellent. When I got to their location the two men at their loading dock were TERRIFIC! The both had great sense of humor and easy to deal with. One man drove up with a large drivable lift and positioned the lift plate perfectly so the batteries could be slid out of the back of my RAV4. We did NOT have to lift the batteries. The whole process was fast. I was impressed.
