I had heard from a friend What great customer service Harbor Brakes provided. Not only did I get excellent service, but they also provided me with the best price. Harbor breaks is by far a superior service center than any other place I’ve been to. I have definitely found a new place with Harbor brakes for all my vehicles to be serviced at. When a $25 anywhere else to mount a tire is $45 with them because the nicer car you drive I say NNNNNOOOOOOO AND SO SHOULD YOU. To top it all, after the guy at the front desk looks at the car and just throw a number and being asked about his answer was and I quote: "be that's what I charge". Now it's up to you guys and gal's if you too wanna be treated like this. I wasn't going to get along with that!

I very rarely will leave a review anywhere, Harbor Brakes just hits on all cylinders! If you need a mechanic there is no better shop in SoCal! From the moment I walked in without an appointment I had an amazing experience. The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. The pricing was fair, transparent, and way better than I expected. My car runs like new now, and I'll definitely be coming back for any future work. Clean inside, great service, and great prices. Came in for an alignment. The guys took care of my lowered car. They redid it multiple times even after it was still pulling and the numbers looked good. Shows the effort they put into satisfying their customers. Turned out to be an issue with my coilover adjustment and the alignment was fine, but they were happy to help rather than being annoyed at the car. Super nice guys and better prices than other shops I called. Would recommend.

Wow talk about a great experience. The shop staff were super friendly and respectful. They didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need . I felt they were honest and the pricing was very competitive. They had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I did go in there for something simple, but I felt that the shop was running a very honest business. these days I think it’s really hard to find an honest mechanic. I have a recommend the shop. We definitely plan on taking our cars back..

Took my 2022 Toyota Sienna XSE to their shop yesterday. All 4 of my tires were bald and showing the thread from underneath the tread. It was a possible blowout situation. They immediately got me a great price on 4 new sports tires with installation and alignment. I made my appointment for the following day at 11am. They were prompt professional and courteous. My car was ready within 2-3 hours and I am so grateful. Am definitely coming back for more service. Would definitely recommend!

Appointment scheduling was easy. Brought my car in and got new tires with alignment done. Driving my car now is so much more comfortable thanks to the guys at the shop. Update to existing review: 3/25/25 Superb service! The team at Harbor Brakes helped me replace a flat tire and was able to upgrade my headlights to make it brighter plus fix my backup camera.
