This place is a fraud and and a disaster I had the unfortunate experience of visiting quick boys brake and tune for a simple front brake replacement , and it turned into a complete disaster. When they finally got to my car, I asked them brake light still on they said it is just the sensors and need to ask dealership to fix it when they charged me close to $500 for this issue, not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also made the situation worse, I have to get the brake replaced again after 3 months because they installed brakes in an incorrect manner or either they used brakes on my car and this was also the reason too for brake light not going off They didn’t communicate properly for the issue and said it is all fine. To top it all off, the staff was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. I was left with an unresolved issue, a damaged car, and a significant waste of my time and money. I highly recommend avoiding this auto center at all costs. If you're looking for quality service and reliable repairs, this is not the place to go.
I went in there for a quick customer service. Excellent. Very quick services affordable prices. Highly recommend
Did several oil changes for both of my cars here: Mercedes S450 and Infiniti QX60, including engine, brake, transmission, differential fluids. Beto and his stuff are very friendly and efficient. Beto was also transparent about the cost. I got charged no more than what he originally estimated. Both of my cars are 4-6 years old with no known issues. I have tried to get quotes from multiple dealers and other Indy shops, they are charging $500-$1500 for these common oil changes, with probably $600-800/hr effective labor cost. I am glad to find this shop who is charging a reasonable price for honest works. I'm not 100% sure if these guys are better than the mechanics at the dealership, but they have more than enough knowledge to take care of my car's routine maintenance. Another thing I found out about their honesty: I asked them to do 4 oil changes for my Infiniti QX60: transmission, front differential, rear differential and transfer case fluid, because that's what my dealership were trying to charge me for. But when I got the bill from Quick Boys, there were only 3 items. I originally thought they missed one, but after some research on reddit and Infiniti forum, I realized the front differential and transmission for this car actually share the same oil. So the dealer was trying to charge me for something they won't even need to do! Quick boys did not try to take advantage of me even when I was apparently not very familiar with my car's need.
Got my rear brakes serviced here. I called QBs spontaneously from a Google search of the area just for a service quote. The person I spoke to was Beto. He stated the service was first come first serve but they offer fast service. I went for service the same day. The staff was very welcoming, the waiting space was comfortable and the service was fast and Beto was very informative. So far so good on street and freeway with the replacement brakes.
I've been here two times now for an oil change, and they have been very attentive every time. This last time, they helped me to check the back lights and change the one that was burned. I highly recommend Quick Boys Brake and Tune!
I recently took my mother in laws Acura ILX to this shop and received great customer service. Beto Montemayor was a kind and respectful person who displayed a lot of professionalism when speaking to him. My mother in law had taken her car to another shop and they gave her a ridiculous overpriced quote and tried to tell her other things were wrong with the car when in all reality they were fine. The thing I liked about Beto is when I called him he offered a much better deal and he also did a thorough inspection and told my mother in law her car was fine otherwise. He was very honest and he even explained/showed us why the other things were fine. He even offered to help my mother in law get to work if needed and showed a lot of hospitality when we came to the shop. They fixed what needed to be done in very little time and had the car up and ready to go. They are very efficient in what they do and I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a good deal and great customer service. I am really pleased with how Beto handled everything that I will be taking my vehicles to him from now on and also I will refer anyone that I know who needs auto service. Thank you Beto and the Quick Boys Brake & Tune mechanics for making it a great experience for us.
I recently visited Quick Boys Brake & Tune for an oil change, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the experience. The level of customer service provided was truly impressive. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Quick Boys Brake & Tune exhibited professionalism and efficiency. The process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued as a customer. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout. I highly recommend Quick Boys Brake & Tune for their excellent service and commendable customer care. It's refreshing to encounter an automotive service center that not only meets but exceeds expectations. I will undoubtedly be returning for future automotive needs.
If you want customer service that's above and beyond expectations, this is the place to maintain your car. It all starts with Beto Montemayor, the manager that runs this shop. He is so nice, keeps it real and truly understands how inconvenient it is to not have a working car. For my car, he was truly honest of an A/C recharge can improve my vehicles cooling needs. An oil change was necessary too and by the looks of my brakes, he didn't push me to buy but simply stated, I've got at least 10K more to go especially if I don't drive as much. For my wife, brake replacement, oil change, spark plugs, and also an A/C recharge. Her car was purchased used and that we never did the regular maintenance at 90K. For her convenience, Beto offered to drive her to work and deliver the car to after it was done. That's above and beyond in my book. Obviously, he has no control over pricing but theirs is comparable and affordable. Our cars are old and we expect some maintenance are required to keep themr running. Several months ago, we lost our local mechanic who regularly maintained our vehicles. We've since been looking for a new place to service our cars. Now that we've found Quick Boys, we will use them frequently and highly recommend them to all our family and friends. Btw, their waiting room is stocked with drinks and some light snacks so if you choose to wait, you'll have adequate concession. Lastly, their restrooms are super clean, with no signs of grease stain. Well done, Beto.
