Extreme expensive. Oil change in Walmart costs $40, but my appointment took another week waiting, so I visited her for oil change, and the owner told me to be $80. It s very unreasonable price, so I drove back waiting for my Walmart oil change appointment.

Never go there they are scammers, they installed fake parts on my car and charged us higher prices than the dealership. The new brakes and callipers they installed on my vehicle kept making grinding noise and every time I went back to the them to get the issue checked and fixed. They kept making excuses, telling me that they have to many cars in the shop and to come another day and the next time I would go back again multiple times and the mechanics kept telling me the manager Mark is not there, either he was sick on some days and when I went back again the manager was off. In the end I got tired frustrated from taking time off my work and visiting them and eventually stopped. They charged a whopping $1,400 to replace the front calipers and brake pads with fake parts that squel and grind from the time I left their shop to this day when I apply the brakes. Total waste of $1,400 dollars of my hard earned money. Never go there nor trust what they say. They are very dishonest and manipulative business. Very Dissatisfied and highly disappointed customer.

Good service great communication

Mark was super helpful and friendly. The service was quick, price was reasonable, and one of the best things is they have a great selection of magazines in the waiting area, from Times to NatGeo. Also very close to the new Dusterberry Neighborhood Park, so if you are bringing a little one with you, there is a great place to spend time while waiting for the work to be done.

My goto place for all I need for my cars. The owner is honest and friendly, knows his skills in auotmobiles and very reasonable. I have numerous choices to go for my regular or urgent car needs but I always go here as I have trust with this team and I know they will do it right way, right price. There has been at least 3 or more cases where I went there and issues were very minor and he did not want to take money that shows the commitment for customer service, ability to foster long term relationship and trust. I recommend them without any reservations.

Dishonest service station. The didn t provide estimates onsite but called me afterwards. Upsell anything/everything without me having the luxury of time to think through the estimate items. I asked them to check electrical fuse for seat, which turned out to be the actual problem. I was given the option to either pay $100 injectors cleaning (which I declined initially) or hefty labor for fuse replacement. I feel cheated and a bad experience overall. They want your money right away and not a repeat customer by building trust.

I was in need to get an oil change for my car so I checked on Yelp for nearby recommendations. I decided to go to Quality Tune up in Fremont. It was about 1/2 hr before closing time & Met Ken the owner. I was very pleased with him and his crew. He suggested along w/ the synthetic oil & filter replacement that I have an additive added to flush out the oil to help keep it clean, replace my air filter. This will give me better gas mileage and will run a lot smoother. Since I had over 215K miles on it already, I took his advice. After driving my car throughout the day, I did notice how my car ran. It sounded much smoother. Thanks for watching out for your customers and giving excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location. Thx again Ken & Crew!

I bring my vehicles for routine maintenance at this location and I m very happy with how Mark and his team have dealt with my requests.

They didn t have an option for half synthetic for an oil change, so they charged extra for a quart of high mileage oil, not going back.

Mark and crew went above and beyond to prep our older model car for a move to MN! I highly-recommend the Fremont location in particular for professional service and fair pricing!

Took my Wifes vehicle there yesterday and had really great service. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I had previously called and was quoted a different price, but when I got there its was about $50 more... but they fixed my issue and was able to fit me in the same day, so it was worth it. I will be back though because the service was quick and the prices were fair. Give these guys a try... I think youll be happy with them!

Update: I went back. They were super apologetic, and fixed it in 15 minutes. Changed my 1 star to 3. They said 2 hours, then forgot to call me when they were done. Then they parked my car with the windows down, which I thought was weird. BUT I m really leaving this review because they must have not done their job correctly bc the metal plate under my car is hanging down and dragging when I drive on the highway. I ll be coming in to make sure it is fixed by you and no further damage was caused by this.

Called in to see if they had room for an oil change at the end of the day. Mark answered and told me to come on down. Showed up, and their schedule allowed me to be taken in immediately. Service was very quick and at a fair price. Got some recommendations for my next service but no pressure to do anything immediately. Great experience - would recommend!

Needed smog test for my 1995 Silverado pickup. That year model requires a run on a chassis Dyno. Professionally done and I am completely satisfied with Quality Tune Car Care. Thoughly explained process and State requirements to my satisfaction. Needed work on my daughters Golf. Used OEM parts and have 1year parts and labor warranty. Thank you Mark and your guys at Quality Car Care! Had oil service done at Dealership. They recommended servicing the brakes on my 2014 TDI Passat. Estimate was high $$$$. Checked with Mark and he was able to save me some $$. They used OEM quality parts. Performance of the system is great. Thanks for the prompt and excellent service for my vehicle.

But I started getting tired of them so I brought the car to quality car care center to have my brakes changed. I had both axles done at a more affordable price with much better service. I was recommended to this place by my boss for a smog check. Since the beginning to the end the service tech was extremely helpful advising me about me rwoakcing my battery and driving in 100 + miles, etc. Took it in once it turned 100 miles and finally passed smog. The man thay help me out on my way out was extremely communicative and very friendly. I will be coming back and I can say I truly truly this spot to get it done right.
