Terrible customer service, they charge way too high for small jobs where other places would charge less, the guy at the front (Able) hung up on me while I was talking on the phone to him and was being rude. They take no responsibility of anything that they have done if they seemed to have damaged something in your car, glad to stay away and I don t recommend this place to anyone.

A patch for your tire is 55$ stay away and go elsewhere. This place is a rip off. Go to Ace Tire & Wheel on Thornton ave in fremont instead. Hes got plug patches that work better and he beats anyones price. GARBAGE

Made an appointment to come back . When I got there the front desk said Mohd went home for the day( guy tht said come back ) and they couldn t get me in till 2 hrs later. And on top of tht he quoted me 20$ for a tire repair. Another lie. Don t come to this place. Bunch of BS .Im letting everyone know wht a junk this place is

I had to try out several repair places beforehand who all tried to upsell me in some shape or form - happy to see so many women writing 5-star reviews for this place. Able to set up an appointment the same day, gave good vehicle maintenance advice, and open 7 days a week, which is incredibly helpful since I work week days.

I had to go and get my tire repaired and the tire pressure label was illuminated telling that there is a problem with it. Thank goodness that the service is quick and took them around 90 minutes since there was a minor issue. It s very convenient in my end since I only had to walk home. It s really good if you have somewhere to go and that there are small repairs they need to do. The person who I talked with is very nice through phone call and in person.

We moved to CA and were worried about finding a trustworthy place to service our vehicles. We found the best car shop! Brought my car here for fixing over heating engine. First it seemed like they know what they are doing. First, they fixed one issue with couple of hoses and a pipe. They charged about $600 for it. As soon as I started driving the car, the whole engine started shaking and the car was not drivable even for 2 - 3 miles. So, I brought the car next day (taking a day off from work) and then they said, all spark plugs and connectors need to be replaced. They charged about $400 more for it. Now, the original issue of overheating again started in the car. When I brought the car for 3rd time, they are now saying I need to change the engine and it may cost 3 to 4K. In all these visits, the owner tries to make fun at all times without really helping the customer and acts as if he is the smartest mechanic out there. I know, it is a small business and I really dont want to pass any negative remarks to the small businesses. But really, is this a sign of a Professional Auto Shop ?

Ive been here multiple times for separate reasons and the service and fixes have always been amazing. They always make you feel important and that they care about your vehicle(s). I had a really good experience at this place. Prices were good and fair, service was faster than expected. The atmosphere was clean and organized and the staff all seemed knowledgeable and organized. No shouting or loud noises. Speaking as a woman who has had bad experiences at many different auto shops, this place was not like others Ive experienced. They were kind and straightforward over the phone. I paid the price that I was quoted over the phone, there was no changes in fees or sudden additional service charges. I got exactly what I asked for and I felt treated with kindness and respect. I look forward to going back to them and I want to say thank you to the team there!

Wow!!! Im at a loss of words, Abel (owner) came through for me today! The tread on my car was at 0 for two tires and the other two at 1. My car was NOT safe to drive and everywhere I called they didnt have my tires in stock. Abel went ABOVE and BEYOND....he ordered the tires and delivered it the SAME DAY!!! I got in at 4pm and out at 5pm!!! Im truly at awe to know that this high level of service still exists! The service requested to the service completed was a 10 out of 10!! Not to mention, the value of what I paid for today, still better than anything online!!! I highly recommend!!! And its a small business, they go above and beyond! Also the waiting room is really cute, cozy and they have drinks and snacks! Now I can drive without any stress!!! Yall saved my life!! Thank you Abel!!!

My tire popped on 880 and I headed to nor cal by accident and it was a great experience, for price options and service provided by Abel.

Abel took such great care of my car. It s always nerve wracking going to auto shops alone as a woman but he patches my tire, he even pointed out my brake light was out and helped me change that. He gave me recommendations on when to change my tires and even let me know other details of my car to keep an eye on. I m feeling very confident in my long drive today now that my car is safe and secure to drive :)

I went here first time to fix the issue with my car engine, Again seeing the same issue with less than three months . Don t spend your valuable money with poor service and also just don t go with positive reviews. They charged $670 even without diagnosis the actual issue.

I found these great folks as I had to be towed from Milpitas on a Sunday as I had a flat tire. As the tow truck unloaded my car at NorCal Tires and Wheels, Fremont,the business owner (Able) met me and quickly assessed what needed to happen. He told my what time, on Sunday!, the car would be ready. As the tire was replaced, etc, I was happy with the total repair cost - and the car was ready 30 minutes early. This business is professional, friendly and trustworthy. Well done !

DONT GO HERE! Unprofessional. went to repair tire puncture a month ago, after the repair, the pressure started to drop again after few days. Then went to another place to repair, and to my surprise they did not even pull out the nail and just squeezed a rubber around the nail and thats it. Charged me $25. Edit: i couldnt go back because i already moved to texas when i discovered the leak. It is not possible to get the same nail in the same hole. It is just unprofessional.

My 2 right tires were completely wrecked from a freeway accident with a pothole. NorCal tires did an excellent job with replacing and installing both tires. I also got an oil change and wheel alignment done for my civic and it is now in excellent shape! Furthermore, Abe referred me to the CalTrain website where I submitted an appeal to get a possible reimbursement.

After returning home I unfortunately hit a pothole less than 30 minutes from home, I was able to put on my spare and make it to the closest tire shop Norcal tires and wheels and that s where I met Able we started discussing all the options I had to get a full-size tire back on my car (even called other shops near by to see if they had matching rims) and I was surprised because all options he gave me were well cheaper than what I ve paid for the same rim months ago. Overall best auto experience I ve had, great customer service by all staff, definitely willing to go the extra mile Thanks again Abel

I called about a flat tire and they got me in right away! Fastest service ever.

I am so impressed with this tire shop! They were very friendly, prompt on service, realistic with timeframes, and most important, honest! I felt that they had my best interest in mind and did not try to upsell me on anything (which I feel is rare in the auto industry). Even though this shop is out of my way, I will make an effort to return if I ever need other tire fixes.

This was happened today. I brought my car with a flat tire but they could not remove the tire to fix as the tire lock key comes up with car manufacturer did not suit. they refilled the air for time being so that I can drive to dealer center to get the right tire lock key. I drove back here with correct tire-unlock-key. It was bit hassle but 100% due to the dealer mistake. Finally Abel and team fixed the tire but did not charge me due to the bad experience I had with the dealer though this was nothing to do with Abels team or Nor Col. They are doing awesome service, super friendly and Kind. 100% satisfied.

They replaced my tires a few months ago and it wasnt until I got a flat tire just today that I realized that they ruined the threads on my wheel hub and now I have to replace the whole wheel hub/bearing assembly. They also denied service just now when I came to get my flat tire worked on even though I had paid for the tire protection plan. The guy requested I give him a good review on Google Maps last time I came due to apparently a previous owner accumulating too many bad reviews and affecting his business.

Muhammad is a great owner, and the team he leads is fantastic. My first visit, I had a little bit of a financial issue replacing two tires, but Muhammad was kind enough to help me out. I commute 150 miles everyday. It would ve been impossible for me to drive on my run flats, but Muhammad and his team at this shop made sure that even with my little issue I would be able to get home , to work the next day, then back to their auto shop SAFELY. These guys are very kind and amazing!

Not even one star . They took my car in to replace suspension components its been there for 3 weeks with story after story . Eventually I had to go down there and install what I could and tow it to another shop . They ruined a vacation I had planned and list money with deposits etc . I had to uber to work costing money . They absolutely do not know what they are doing and would not recommend them to work on my daughters tricycle. I cant believe they do business this way I will end up taking them to court for monies lost .

I took my dads van in to get an estimate on replacement for tires. He offered me a great rate. I am sure to come back to them and to speak to Muhamad. He said he has coupons out. Just need to find them on his facebook or instagram, but the will take care of me this time. cool guy!

BEWARE OF OLD REVIEWS, THEY ARE FOR THE PREVIOUS BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. Took more than 2 hours to get an alignment performed with an appointment. They first tried to overcharge me for a 4 wheel alignment on a vehicle which only needs 2 wheel (solid rear axle). They didnt give me the print out upon completion. So I told them I wanted it. Once I received it, NONE of the measurements were changed at all. I asked for a refund and they still tried to get me to schedule another appointment to have more work done that they claimed was necessary. Im a car guy and know my vehicle inside and out.. the work they claimed that I needed or my wheels would fall off was completely bogus. Will never be returning to this place

They seem clueless. Drove my car up onto the lift wrong, failed to apply a patch. I came back the next day after flat wasnt fixed and they said I need 1 new tire, then 2 new tires, then that they could repair the patch. Could barely tell me which tires were in stock. Ended up taking it to another shop who patched it in 10 minutes and said the patch this shop applied had fallen completely off (2 miles of driving).

Very good shop, cheap alignment only $70. I had a popping sound in my front end i asked them about it they pointed out the issue a bad stabilizer bar end link, and they didnt charge anything extra for diagnosing the issue. i would definitely recommend them to friends and family

People nice but bad about wait times and warranty service. They think it is normal to wait long times for service. Bought 4 new good year tires at a competitive price but I would have paid 20% more to have a more reasonable wait times and warranty service

Never go there again, ever. Left my car for an oil change, came back, paid, drove home and found out what niser oil or filter were changed. Came back and ask for refund, being charged the second time and then got rebate. If they can do that to customers, Im not going there anymore.

Very genuine, friendly people! I would love to come back again and again. Fremont Toyota asked me to replace rotors and break pads for a very small issue I have with my breaks. It s just 2 year old car. These people gave a perfect solution bcoz my break pads are still like new and rotor had lot more life.
