Great place. After calling 10 other shops who did not want to take in the job, Specialized sorted my RV with a new fuel pump. Everything went as they quoted and was faster than expected.

Love this place! Doug is very responsive and always extremely transparent with the estimate. I trust them completely with my 2008 Volvo V50 (bought new in Sweden) and my 2017 Fiat500e (bought used in 2021). And their sign even has bears on it!!!

What started as a simple maintenance check on my vehicle, got stepped up to high gear with some serious issues that needed to be done due to the age of the vehicle. Doug was patient and thorough in explaining every issue that needed to be addressed. If I could rate their service, attention to detail, and ability to diagnose the problems in a timely manner, I give them 5 stars and beyond!! My car was safely stored in a locked yard overnight during the days needed. Courtesy services included cleaning my car to a shine; cleaning the foggy haze off my headlamps and more. My car is almost brand new, thanks to Specialized!! I am so grateful to have found this shop. I highly recommend them. Thanks for your integrity, honest approach and care of my vehicle!!

Both Specialized and my service advisor, Aaron were great to work with. They installed parts I provided and obtained parts I was not able to find. They communicated clearly and finished the job when promised. And when I didn’t communicate an instruction clearly they went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Their estimate was significantly lower than another shop and they did a great job!

Doug assisted me in the Watsonville office recently and I was impressed by how thorough he was and his attention to detail was on another level. He priced out some tires for me even though I said I wanted to go to Pasillas around the corner, and though I didn't get the tires he still gave me a competitive offer and was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Specialized to anyone.

Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thy were able to get my dad’s Mercedes in right away. They were able to diagnose the issue and were fair in their pricing. My dad just moved to the area, I’m so glad we found somewhere trustworthy.

The guys at Specialized Auto were fantastic. I got there an after closing and they still took my car. They let me what they were going to do and the cost for them doing inspection. I knew the next day it was done. We've used them on cars before so I brought my car in . Friendly and professional.
