Jiffy Lube in Fair Oaks

Stopped in this past Friday very pleasant experience! The guys were so nice professional highly recommend this particular location.

They gave me a safety inspection and on the certificate misspelled the VIN number which wasted an hour of my time driving back to get it corrected and it s at the same time that there are other places which charge 30 percent less for the same inspection.

Absolutely do not go here if you have a diesel. They tried to put on the wrong size oil filter and started my truck without priming it first. I wish the manager was there today, because I am disgusted with their service. Taking my truck to another shop to make sure jiffy lube didn t damage my vehicle.

I was in a hurry and they were about to close but they stayed open long enough to fit me in and take care of my Yukon with excellent care.

They stripped my oil pan drain plug and didnt tell me my oil was leaking but I couldnt tell from where kept adding and adding then when it was time to change again they told me they had no filter but I think they saw the stripped plug and didnt want to fix it went round and round with them and got nothing not even an apology the chic working there was very smug and rude and lied to her boss about t it all I would suggest never going there unless you want your car screwed up I had to replace the entire oil pan

My local Jiffy Lube that I have been using for over 20 years had a wait time of about 2 hrs. The Rancho Cordova Jiffy Lube suggested I go to the Sunrise JF by Fair Oaks Dr. The business at the Sunrise Blvd location was not busy, and their customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube on Sunrise Blvd at Fair Oaks Drive!!! Thank you.

I not only bring my personal cars to Jiffy Lube, but my business car. Service is excellent, educational, priced right. They always keep my service down under (45) minutes. Other companies like Jiffy lube are up to (2) hours without the same kind of service. I wouldnt take of my vehicles any where else. Keep up the great work. We need more companies like Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube always does a good job. Just be careful raising your prices. I dont want to have to go somewhere else. I noticed my oil change bill was significantly higher than normal.

The staff were extremely respectful, friendly and gave me excellent information.

I went here without an appointment. There were 3 cars ahead of me and the wait was estimated at 30 minutes but was only about 10 before they drove my car into the bay to start changing the oil. The change was done quickly and the car was examined for items on their checklist and found to be in superb condition. We keep our 2000 Honda CRV in tip top shape and he said he could tell. I like hearing that. Good service and friendly peoople.

Made an appointment to come in at 7:30 when they opened got up early, drove there, and was turned away and told to come back later because they didn t have staff to help me.

Pretty good. I take all my fleet vehicles here. But when you don t have air filters for a 2022 F-250 it s kinds of annoying. Now I have to go somewhere else to get air filters installed. I don t have time for this.

Waited .5 hours to be told they could not change my oil. Your technicians could not get my drain plug off. They said it was too tight. Went home and changed my oil myself. Had no problem removing the drain plug myself.

I went in there to get coolant and the service advisor noticed a burning smell and put my car up on the rack and found that a plastic bag was caught in my exhaust. The service people removed the bag. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I was so impressed they took the time to check out my car. If I could have tipped them I would have. I am going to drop off cookies to them next week!!!!

I don t enjoy getting my oil changed but Jiffy Lube makes it quick and easy. The employees are always courteous and friendly and will take the time to answer all my questions. I ve always had positive experiences at the Jiffy Lube in Fair Oaks and leave feeling good that my vehicle has been properly serviced.

This is the best Jiffy Lube ever. I almost swore off going to any of them after a few bad experiences. A friend recommended this location and I will never go to another. The staff is the best and I know that I can trust them with their recommendations.

I am so sad I forget the name of the lady who works there, but she made my experience the absolute best! She was informative and caring and made my whole day better, just by being her.... Just returned home from there after waiting an hour for an oil change, and finally leaving! 2:30 in the afternoon, only one car in front of me, and they couldnt get to me in an hour? Ridiculous!

The Technicians were fast jiffy, professional and very kind. They explained what services and why they recommended services for my vehicle. Everything was performed to my vehicle specifications. I will be back.

As long as I live in the Sacramento Area I will never go to another shop to get my car taken care of. The team here, in particular Cheri, are outstanding in their service, professionalism & timeliness. Great job!

The service was fast as I was the second customer of the day. However, over hearing what the technicians were saying was not professional. Smith for example was cussing and stating why he did not understand why people don t use their wiper fluid daily to clean the windshield. Come to find out when they checked mine I have a leak in it when they checked it. Over hearing what was said in the bay about customers cars was less than par.

Jiffy Lube off Sunrise, just past Players is great. Professional, timely, personable. The JL on Zinfandel and 50 however absolutely stinks. Sat there for 10 minutes while 5 guys walked around giggling with no cars in the bays. Rude, terrible service at that location

WONDERFUL STAFF AND EXPERIENCE!! This entire staff was warm and welcoming right when you pull up. They are honest and enjoy what they do!! Shout out to Cherie and Smith and the entire crew for making me laugh and for getting great work done fast!

Jiffy lube did a good job on my truck and provided good customer service

This service was recommended to us. And for good reason. In fact, it turned out to be really great in terms of price=quality=time. We changed the oil, cabin air filter, oil filter. We inflated the tires. Everything was prompt and clear. Our family waited in the guest room and could see the work being done through the observation window. As the work progressed, the employees showed the items that were being replaced, so that there would be no questions, for example, that the filter had been replaced unreasonably. All necessary replacement notes have been entered into the system. The staff are friendly and competent. In addition, they treated my son to sweets. Thanks for the work! Definitely recommend!

Quick and professional, been there a few times and always had a good experience.

The employees here go above and beyond. I like the fact that there are women working in the shop and office.

Understaffed and over an hour wait time. Safe to say I took my business elsewhere.

Came in to get a oil change and was practically ignored for 20 minutes as workers came in and out of the office. I understand they were busy, but take two minutes and talk to a customer standing by the register and ask if they need help. I just left to the next nearest oil change place and they helped me immediately even though they had more cars in the shop. They re more expensive but I ll take that service over what I got from Jiffy Lube any day. I never leave reviews but I expected more from Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube is Jiffy Lube, but these folks are efficient and friendly.

I came in with a little oil leak nothing big. After leaving I noticed a big puddle of oil underneath my car. I hope it s nothing major. They need to bring back the high mileage oil.

My car wouldnt start and had to get a jump. Took it to this location and was told that they could test my battery. I get there and told its om a first come first serve basis (which was more than fine) and then told it was going to be about 15-20 minutes (arrived at 4:40). When its my turn, Im told that because all my dash lights are on, they cant test the battery (car has remained on the whole time) and that if I were to take it to the dealership, they are so far behind and that it might take weeks or a couple of months to actually fix the problem. Got home, went on my GMC app and scheduled a maintenance check for the very next day at 7am.... it was fixed in less than 4 hours and it was in fact the battery.

My car is in great shape and only needed the back license plate lights replaced and some fresh oil.

This is the second time I have went to this potential location and they asked for oil change and tire rotation also a headlight out. After about 40 minutes they came to me and said they did the oil change but did not do tire rotation because they couldnt get the lug nuts off my back tire and they dont replace headlights. She said they are a small shop and dont provide all the services. Funny thing was she was changing a headlight on the car in front of me when I came in. Decided to take it to a different Jiffy Lube and they got the tire off no problem and fixed my headlight. Also they always forget to reset my oil notification. Service at the Fair Oaks Location has gone down hill.

Didnt have 5/16 oil for my new toyota corolla so use 5 /20 but gave me all details clearly in writing.

This was my first time at this location and of all the oil changes I ve had this was the best experience I ve had. The staff was friendly, accurately give time frames and when an issues was found they discussed it with me immediately and offered suggestions and alternatives. This allowed me to make informed decisions and feel good about the choices made. This will be me go to location from now on.

Ive come to this location because it is close to my home and theyve serviced our other vehicles too. The staff is jovial and professional. We spoke of the service options and even upgraded services when it looked like a sound choice that was offered.. The onsite manager was perky despite being understaffed and lots of things to juggle at the time I was there. All in all a great experience. In and out in 30 minutes or less, and service with a smile. What more could you ask for in a local lube shop?!

Seemed like the first couple techs were trainees and took a bit longer to get the oil change started, they looked confused with their computers and pads, then the manager, I think, came out and she got things rolling pretty quickly. Usually pretty good service at this location. I have been there many times in the past.

So far so good! Great communication during visit and reasonable prices.
