I love Jensen Tires, they were able to get me in quickly, diagnose the issues and have me on my way in no time! They did all this displaying excellent customer service and actually educated me in the process!
Jensen Tire performed the repair as discussed. They gave me additional information regarding my vehicle and gave me options for additional repairs. Once I explained my needs, they made it happen. I’ve done business with this location before and I find them helpful, courteous, and easy to work with.
This morning I realized there was a nail in my tire. Jensen is just up the street from where I work, so I called and they got me right in to have it fixed. Super friendly, fast and good communication throughout. Highly recommended.
While driving to pick up my preschooler I unexpectedly got a piece of metal stuck in my tire and noticed it was starting to lose air quickly. I was lucky to have been right by Jansen Tire & Auto when this occurred and was able to pull over in their parking lot before the tire went flat. All employees were very kind. They had a busy schedule already but were able to work us in and help us out. They said it would be two hours before they could get to us as they had customers already in line (understandably) but they were able to get us out within 30 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for helping us out.
The guys here offered to store my tires while I reconditioned my wheels, even though they don’t do that. Kept them safe and when I returned they mounted and balanced them fast and sorted through a confusing situation quickly and professionally. These guys go above and beyond and have their priorities straight. Every time I go in there they always keep customer satisfaction top of mind throughout the entire experience. I’d recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have time for stupidity and attitude when getting your car worked on.
The good first. Very prompt professional service all around. I needed new brakes and rotors and came in for that. I had thought about doing it myself and had checked the local parts stores for prices for the parts before coming in. 500-600 depending on what you wanted. I brought the car in and it was done in about 3 hours. The bill was almost 1200 so I was surprised to say the least. When I looked at the bill the parts were marked up, then labor and some hidden extra charge for environmental and shop supplies for 70 dollars, what? I know it is a business and you need to make a profit but shop supplies? What, silicone grease and a couple shop towels? On top of that, they advertised a full synthetic oil change for 70 dollars and I told my son about it. He came in for the oil change and you guessed it, extra charges for labor and an oil filter. So the 70 dollar oil change was 100 bucks. So, if you don't mind paying more, the service is fast and good.
Took my car there for them to fix my back brakes/rotors, then few weeks later had to take car back in for new shocks because I kept hearing a squeaking sound while going over bumps or down a bumpy road. So close to $1000 later I’m still hearing that squeak so I took it to a different mechanic that a friend of mine recommended and they showed me what Jensen did to my car. They put the back brakes on too tight that it was ruining my new rotors that I just had replaced and on top of that the shocks they put on was of the lowest quality of shocks there are, so now I’m going to have to have those replaced again. For as convenient it is for me to go there, I’d rather drive across town than to deal with these crooks. Not to mention how they treated my room mate when they wanted to charge her over $2k for a simple little fix she ended up doing herself and they got mad when she told them no to their over exaggerated work that needs to be done to her car and they busted up underneath it instead. I’ve been going to Jensen for years mainly the Omaha ones and never really had issues with them til I went to the elkhorn location. If these are the types of people Jensen are hiring to work on peoples cars then I’m definitely done doing business with them.
I had a great experience at the front desk; the staff member was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My SUV was taken care of promptly, and I was impressed by how quickly it was serviced. Overall, the customer service was excellent, making the entire process smooth and satisfying.

This is the only place Ive ever taken my 2015 jeep latitude, i have owned it since new. In all these years i have only had to have exhaust fixed! They were fast! I have complete faith in the elkhorn location. They never have suggested unnecessary work. The staff is very polite too. I highly reccomend!

I love the new Cooper tires James suggested for me. I am disappointed it took twice as long as they told me it would to get all the work done, yet they didn t change the brake pads as requested.

Just amazing service with integrity.
Went to Jensen for a flat repair and remount. After completing both, the technician realized the tire sensor system was not registering properly. Instead o just handing it off as job completed, he ran a scan and continued working on the problem until everything was fixed.

Dropped my car off on a Thursday night using the envelope and key drop. The guys gave me a call the next morning and told me they would get it done same day. Car was ready to go and everything was professional, and the gentlemen that checked me out was great to work with.

Fixed my flat without incident. Other tire stores seem to always tell me the flats are not repairable and tell me worse case scenario of needing to buy 4 new tires! Not at Jensen today!
The guys at Jensen did a great job fixing my tire. I got a flat on the way to Omaha this morning and had to change it on the road. Once I got to Omaha I stopped by Jensen and they worked me in to a very busy day and fixed my tire quickly and for a great price. Thayer and James are WONDERFUL! I appreciate their honesty and guidance when helping me select my tires because I had no clue. Service was fast, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. I never write reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed with them.

My boat trailer needed tires. They offered high quality tires at a good price. Installation was quick. They had a bit of confusion getting the tires but it didn t cause me to be delayed. Today I had a tire repair. I left the truck with them to help take the time element off of the table. The truck was ready when promised. It had been a very slow leak and I m pleased they took time to find the leak, caused by a very small nail. The wheel was spun balanced before returning it to the truck. They also use a torque wrench on the lug nuts, which I really appreciate. I m very pleased. Another trip to Jensen! When I went out to the garage to get out the lawnmower, I notice my left rear tire looking pretty low. (10lb) I used my little compressor and took the truck to Jensen. After the usual thorough inspection, they replaced the valve stem core. My bill was a whopping $0.00. They spent the time to go over the tire pretty carefully and still didn t charge me. Really.
I needed to get my car serviced today before I left on a road trip tomorrow and Jensen was able to accommodate my schedule and urgency and for that I am greatly appreciative
James and his team provided exemplary service. Thank you Update, I had experienced an abs sensor that was sticking, James and his team resolved the issue with out charge. They also repaired our vehicles suspension issues efficiently and at the best price. Took my truck in to rotate the tires and align it. They stripped my locking lug on my front passenger side and then they stripped and bent my stud completely n my front driver side. When they contacted me they said I did it. I said no way, not even possible. The manager was adamant about it so I called the corporate office. Got a call from the district contact and told him and he said he would call me back. 4 months later, I m still waiting for that call and my truck is still screwed up from their incompetent technician(s) and manager! Do NOT go there.

Had Jensen tire put a new battery in my Tahoe, the battery was $189 for the 20min install they charge me $165. I actually contacted them shortly after to ask if that was correct and they told me yes the 20 minutes of labor cost $165 for battery? In my opinion if I had known that I would have installed my self. This in my opinion is completely robbing the working man and will not ever do business with them again.
We walked in with a tire losing air. We didn t have to wait in line for help. They offered us water. Someone handed us the remote control and said, Watch what you like . We sat in the air conditioned room for 20 minutes and our tire was fixed. Everyone was pleasant and cordial. They know how to treat people. They did a good job quickly and were pleasant about it! Leaving for vacation coming through Elkhorn, NE and car shows low air pressure in 1 tire. Ends up with 1 person short for the day and we need a new tire. We were on the road an hour and half later. What customer service...Thanks so much for Jenson Tire...a life saver. We will for sure come back to them for tores.

Brought a trailer tire in that got hit by the tornado. Didn t know if I would need a new one or if it was repairable. They resealed the bead on the tire, aired it up and had me out the door in 15 minutes. They were very professional, helpful, and honest. Thanks!
Excellent Service, I have to say with my issue they cleaned out my rims/tires due to a wobble when driving due to mud build up. They said it s what we do for customers all winter they said No Charge it s what we normally do for our customers. Much respect to you guys thanks for taking care of us.
Not all Jensen locations are the same. I have patronized many over the years and found the Elkhorn Jensen to simply be the best. Though I have moved right next door to another Jensen location, I happily drive out of my way for the service of the trust that James Jacobsens team have earned.

I had a appointment to get my tires rotated, I got there and they got my truck right in to do the work. The work was free of charge because I had bought the tires on my truck from Jensens. The Manger James is my go to guy at the Elkhorn shop, hes a great guy and makes sure everything is done right before you leave! Thanks James!

Dillon and James were fan-flipping-tastic!! They took care of a tire that went flat and managed to help me get rid of wheel locks from a previous owner that didn t have the lock key. They were fast, made time for me in a pinch, and were the sweetest guys! 100% recommend!
We scheduled an oil change with Dylan on Monday for this afternoon on my wife s Subaru. We dropped it off around 2:00 expecting a call in the morning saying it s ready. Surprise, Dylan called 4:00 with good news, it s ready. Nicely done Jensen on hwy 31.

Best car shop ive ever been. Facility is very modern with wonderful waiting area and free coffee. Staff is very professional clean and well dressed. Customer service is as good as there is very kind, patient and understanding. There honest and dont lie. Seems they have a retired army srgt 2nd in command if im not mistaken which is icing on the cake. Good luck finding better shop :)

Vehicle pulling to the right after dealership rotated tires upon servicing. Jensen could have charged an alignment service, but at no charge told me the tread would even out after a few miles after the tire rotation saved me significant expense.

Work completed on time by the hour I needed the vehicle back. Great service. Update August 2022: With great disappointment I learned Saturday service was no longer available. Attempted to drop off a vehicle for an oil change and then advised I had to make an appointment, 4 days later. Amazing how the Jensen service world has changed. February 2024 update: 45 minute service for my oil change and rotation and safety inspection. Jensen is the BEST.

I had a slow leak in my tire. I stopped to get it checked out. They found a screw in the tire and repaired the tire while I waited. The service was excellent and they were very professional and friendly. I will be doing business with them in the future. I would highly recommend.
I took my truck in for an oil change. The service advisor was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for general vehicle maintenance. The best part of the experience was my truck was promised to be done by early afternoon but was done an hour later.
