Didn’t know they hired unprofessionals that lack common courtesy. Went in to grab a couple of items and looked all over for an oil drain plug gasket for my fiancé vehicle. After looking around I asked the worker if they have it and with a disservice response all I get was, “look harder on aisle 6.” Sure enough it wasn’t there. I didn’t even get what I came looking for.

Tools for making a car
I have tried to get autozone to help me test if my car needs a battery or the alternator to make a more accurate decision on my purchase and for a few days they have been telling me that they do not do that type of testing where it clearly says they do on their website.

Got great service on the phone and in person from Bernardo V.! He helped me find and install both the battery and the front wipers for my 2005 Acura TSX and was very transparent about the pricing and options (and even told me a handy tip about the wipers; apparently there is a little clip the dealership puts on just to make sure you go back to them to replace them there!) Would go back to this location in a heartbeat.

Horrible service. I called the store and was asked if I could hold and I said yes. If I would have known that it was going to be for over 20 minutes I would have said I just have a quick question . I decided to drive to the store and I was still on hold. One associate was helping a customer while the other 2 workers were talking with each other and ignoring the phones and other customers. I don t know how this store is still in service.

I had my 102 years old mom with me in the car to for the doctor s appointment, but the battery of my car was completely dead. I did jump start several times but didn t work. I called Auto Zone and the manager was kind enough to send a staff, Anton, to come and change the battery for me. They are my savior of the day.

Replaced my low beam and battery for free, and the worker was very friendly and knowledgeable. OReilly said they couldnt replace either the bulb or battery for European cars but this AutoZone did it for free.
Great experience. Perla on the line was understanding and got us what we needed in quick time. Dead battery first thing in the morning starting the car and they had a mechanic (Christian) at our house in 15 minutes with a brand new battery + 3yr warranty and no installation fee. No fuss and was on the road within 30 minutes of calling them. We ordered the wrong battery originally and Christian drove back to the shop, got the correct one and came back all in one trip. Great service and know their stuff. Only thing they asked was to leave a review!

I called them to enquire availability of the part. I was told by an agent that they did not carry the oart. I told them that I found the part on their web site and would like to give you the part number so you can check in your computer system. He didnt say anything, just transfered me to another person who asked me: what do you need man? I told them what part I was looking for. He said I had no idea what I was talking about. His language soon changed and became more like a street language, rude, and threatening. I had no chance to reply. He hung up the phone. Unbelievable.

Guaranteed you will drive right past this place especially at night. The AutoZone sign has its lights turned off even at night. You have to go down a dark narrow unmarked driveway to get to the parking lot in back. After that its just like any other AutoZone in the world. So when your nav system says turn right she means right now. Its not a street. The photos the back of the store.

Went in today for battery replacement cus mine was having me to get jumped or recharged constantly. From the time I crossed in that parts store door I was greeted and helped rite on spot by Gil. He tested my current battery which said FAILED then he looked into there on stock for my required battery n sold me it n even installed for free. Customer service approved n too professional n respectfully well mannered young man.

A lot of staff, but no one to help you... We had to seek multiple staff members out to get help, and our ask was quite simple we were picking up an online order so took 5mins to help us once we were able to get someone to do so.
I stopped by the second time last week. Even though it was super busy with double long lines, the services to other customers and myself was friendly and professional. I was impressed.
Battery died after a year, but they did not even argue just gave me a new one. Great customers service, I guess that battery was failore.
I dont know why people say that its a bad place, but its quite the opposite. First of all, the person in front of you tells you whats coming and offers help to you, and then I always find what I need. For me, its my favorite place too. For my entire family we have never had bad service from that store, from me they have their 5 stars if they had a way to give them more without thinking about it, I would thank them for such good service. Disappointing experience at this store! I was looking for a specific model of tire snow chain and the autozone website indicated that it s on stock at this store. To be extra sure before my long drive, I called up the store and the staff confirmed the availability (mentioned that they have seven in stock). Upon reaching the store, I was surprised to hear that the information was wrong (both the online availability and the confirmation on phone). Surprisingly, the autozone website was still showing availability. I understand that online nos could be wrong at times but could not really understand why the staff would also give incorrect information.

Terrible service from the people who serve, it takes 25 minutes to be able to pay a couple of bonbillos since they do it with such patience in charging that it would be a good idea to give you a coffee while you wait to be able to pay.

The service was great but the need to work on hiring more personnel. It took them half an hour to get to the register. There was only one person attending all customers (cashierin, parts and customer service).

Said on Internet they had part in stock. Went there, they didnt have any in stock. I wasted my gas to drive there, took 20 minutes to find a parking place there. Really bad parking and service. Stood in line for 20 minutes, because only one person at register. Long line no service. Really bad!
I tell these people there that I am talking to them about a guarantee on a coil and they answer badly to one and they hung up on me and they didnt solve the problem with me.

The store was pretty empty when I came in for a couple items. No line for register, but as I headed for checkout i was in line for what seemed like 20 min while the two employees helped customers look up parts. The check out line was getting longer or maybe it was the help line for looking up parts in the store. I think they should have two lines one for customers ready to pay and one for parts lookups. That should help with keeping customers in the building longer than they have to be because that location is really not that big. The employees working were fine, its the method of operation that should be looked at to help get patrons out the store in a timely manner. Just my opinion.

Very helpful staff, friendly and bilingual (English and Spanish). Parking is easy and this store is easily accessible from Highway 101. This car parts store is well-stocked and organized.
Great experience returning snow chains that didnt fit my vehicle. Less great experience purchasing them there. But cant blame the associate, show chains did list my tire size in their fit chart.
