I brought my truck here because I was referred here by a family member. I felt good at first after speaking with Cesar, so I agreed and left my truck. I was given a price and then it went up by and additional 800 which I was ok with. I just wanted the service done right because as I explained to Cesar this is my bread maker I need my truck for work. After a week or so when I got my truck I started have more engine trouble immediately so I took it back. They fixed what "they found" I paid 80. But my truck still was having engine trouble. I took it back a total of 4 times each time they said they fixed the problem on the 4th take back I asked Cesar what was happening. He told me he was trying to save me some money so he was using old parts to fix my truck. I was in shocked but kept it cool. I never went back I paid over 3000 and still had to take my truck else to get it fixed and I am still having engine problems ever since I first got back from here. Please make sure you check all parts make sure they show you what they are removing because I believe they use old parts on all cars to pocket they money and charge the customer for brand new parts. When I asked to see what was removed the mechanic had already thrown then out for some reason. I would not recommend this shop and definitely will not be going back

The best mechanic shop in East LA , Cesar is always of great help. I found out about him by multiple people, I was asking around and friends and family were all mentioning him and his shop. He has the best prices in East LA. He cares about his customers and is straight forward and honest. I’ve brought over 5 cars here for tune ups through out the years. I’d recommend him to anyone for their mechanic needs or services.

I arrived at super tune ups on 7/2/2023 for a smog check , CESAR tested the car said some sensors were bad , he{ CESAR} advised me that it would be cheaper if he passed my 1996 toyota cellica{ crooked} smog check , I agreed with him , I received the paper work for the DMV, but before I had arrived at the shop my car had a new alternator and a new battery , a few weeks went by when I opened my hood , I noticed the alternator and the battery were used parts not new, I called CESAR ORTIZ , and told him about the situation of the parts issue , CESAR, told me that they are an honest shop that they would never do that. be carefull with this shop, { take pictures of your motor before coming to super tune ups.}

The best thing I got from my ex-boyfriend was him finding this shop for me.... Cesar and his team are Awesome! I would refer them to anyone. They're trustworthy and just nice people in general. They charge you reasonable prices and even referred me to an upholstery guy that did amazing work, a body guy and a windows guy...anything you need for your car...Cesar can help you find it.

The shop owner "Cesar" has been my mechanic for 14 years I've never had to return a vehicle with the same problem. Very honest and reasonable prices. He won't sell you services you don't need.
