I want to express my sincere gratitude to California Coast Auto Repair! Over the Christmas weekend, I attempted an oil change on my Jeep Cherokee and discovered I also needed to replace the oil pan. I sourced the necessary parts but quickly realized the repair was beyond my capabilities due to the alternator's attachment. Facing the prospect of disrupted travel plans, I contacted CCAR on Saturday afternoon. Despite the shop's early closure for the holiday weekend, Service Manager Tony promptly addressed my situation. He arranged for a technician to work after hours, ensuring my Jeep was repaired that same day. My wife owns a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis. I could not find a single shop with anyone who could even do a diagnosis to find out what was "actually" wrong with the car. After about two weeks of searching and planning and thinking that the issue was the MAF sensor, and, or the Oxygen sensors because of the codes that I read on my portable code reader. If I did what was suggested on the reader, it would have been for nothing. It would have fixed nothing. About ready to give up, I called California Coast Auto Repair and asked the receptionist did anyone there work on a 95 Grand Marquis? She said that I needed to speak with Jack. From the moment we drove down to meet Jack, I KNEW that this guy was “old school” mechanic. He ran a diagnostic and also found out that the car has numerous vacuum leaks, which obviously was a problem with a car that old. Fast forward, Jack and the crew did a fantastic job on her car, fixed all the issues, and it runs great. Jack and California Coast Auto Repair has a customer “for life”. Thank you brother! Set up appointment quickly and did a repair on my Model 3 tire. The service was great and the price was very fair. They even washed my car afterward.

Took my 2020 BMW 530i w/ 42,000 miles in for an oil service on 11/21, to this location. I wanted a good, safe & affordable alternative to the BMW dealership and bringing my car to California Coast Auto Repair was the result. One look at the website had me convinced this was a great choice. I was met by Jack at the location after making my own appointment online. So easy. Jack was super nice and a pleasure to work with. The pricing was great and they went above and beyond in service with a minor repair they did. Cannot wait to go back again for more services. This is my new auto dealership service center for sure. Be careful of buying a nice gently used Tesla when you go to this place. They have a huge selection on the lot ready for purchase. They seem to have every model and configuration you could possibly want. Not to mention they had a couple of brand new BMW 4 series in the showroom/ waiting room. And the waiting room was a total blast with complimentary soda, water, ice cream bars and snacks too, while you wait a short period of time for your car to be serviced. I rarely leave reviews, yet feel like they deserve one. I have been coming to California Coast Auto with our MINI for over a year. Jack Hassani and Tony Mora are two of the best people you can ever meet. They are professional, friendly, genuine and have the most fair pricing around. During my first visit a year ago, Tony took time to get to know me and tour the facility. He remembers small details and always takes time to chat during visits. Jack always goes out of his way to personally take my call, work us in and help us out. Jack is a quality guy that truly cares about the customer service experience. The work they do is outstanding, plus they also wash the cars. We completely trust them and bring all of our vehicles in for service. You are fortunate to have high quality people like Tony and Jack. It makes all the difference to know that our vehicles are in good hands. We will keep coming back and also will refer California Coast Auto to our friends. This place is hands down the best in the business. They deserve the highest possible rating, definitely 5 Star Service!!

LIES! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! Be Warned!! They will lie to your face! Don't do business here. They have shady business practices. They got a bolt in my tire while being repaired then said I brought it in like that. I proved them wrong with the onboard computer showing the day of the tire pressure loss (and the GPS it l that it was clearly on their premise during their possession of the vehicle. Once they were caught they said they would patch it "take it or leave it" I asked for my tire replaced and he said "good luck". Do you want to be part of this kind of business? My car was left worse than I brought it in. Be careful. Look at where the patch is as well. On the edge of the side wall. That's the best they would do. Just unsafe and selfish. So I spent 1500$ in this repair shop to have you do my work. Then you break my 1500$ tires and gaslight me about it. I bought my car from this company!! I expected loyalty and care. Maintenance usually involves receiving something back better than when you brought it in. They couldn't accomplish that here. Do your business somewhere else unless you want lies.
