Odyssey Performance 24f I don't see any feedback form. So I'll go this route. 20 days is pretty slow guys from ordering to receiving. Most expensive battery I have ever bought. Also the battery mount in my 2019 Toyota Tacoma did not work on this 24f battery. You guys should know this and pass it on to your customers. Bought this over Optima and XS, hope I don't regret it. 6 sigma ... Google it ... it will make you a much more successful company. I have high hopes for this battery. It definitely slaps my V6 Tacoma to life. Thanks Jeffery Steading

Great place to buy a battery, Odyssey is the best!! they took good care of me when handling a warranty of batteries. Tony offered great customer service. Definitely will return.

Their prices for a battery for my Jeep beat everyone else by about $20 plus they gave me $10 off for picking it up. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else now.

My husband ordered a battery. They sent him an email and said it would be backordered. Not knowing how long, he chatted with a Craig and he said they would cancel. Instead, they still sent battery and will not send a label for return. This is not fair and anyone who orders anything from West Coast Batteries need to be aware before they ever consider ordering from them.
