Will never be going back, LADIES WATCH OUT! I come in to get my oil changed, and at first they were just gonna do the oil, but then they said both my radiator fluid and coolant is dirty and I need to change both. Well, turns out my cars coolant was just changed earlier, not even 6 thousand miles ago. Charged me $200 to change it again, I shouldve been more vigilant in my paperwork on my repairs. Learned my lesson and wont be coming back.

i came here on September 15th, 2024 for an emergency oil service and they did an amazing job and hooked me up on the pricing. i usually am real skeptical with oil changers place but they were very accommodating and helped me put i will definitely consider going back in the future

Cant say Ill trust this place ever again. Got an oil change and some other things without any (obvious) issues. So theres that at least. The problem was when one of the employees pulled out my engine air filter to show me it was dirty. I declined paying for a replacement because its simple enough to do on my own. The employee then struggled for a few minutes to get the filter back in the filter housing. A couple other employees tried as well. They settled on halfheartedly shoving the filter in the housing and not closing it properly. Also one of the clips holding the housing shut fell off and they didnt mention any of this to me. I only found out about the clip when I pulled out of the lot and heard it clanging around as I accelerated. I opened up the hood and saw what happened. If you screw something up, own it and let the customer know please. It was a small, fixable issue. I cant trust you now and it was all over a silly engine air filter. I regret paying for all the other services I paid for because for all I know those services were messed up too.

I ve been to many locations and I ve never had an amazing experience as this time. Aaron and his team really went above and beyond. Not only did they educate me but they made my experience quick. I would highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Top of my hood by head gasket cover was very oily as well as well as the lip my by radiator fan when service was finished.

I didnt know what to expect as I usually go to the dealer. I thought the listing said you rotate the tires I thought the fellow almost forgot to check the tires and the other fluids I asked him if he did it as it went by so fast Im sorry I just try to learn these thing

I took my car here, and everything was fine, after they did the oil change when the cover came out from under the car. They didnt put the screws on the car nor did they put the windshield wiper water in. When I came back to check the cars vacuum cover, they didnt want to take responsibility for their poor workmanship. Pesimonservice. They damage part of the cars and do not fill the complete fluids

Price was wack, and so was the service. They tried to send me off without actually changing my oil. Like what the heck is that?

The guys there did a great job. Joe and Kenny have changed my oil before. There was a new guy, I didn t get his name but thumbs up to him also. I will always get my oil changed there!

Most uncomfortable oil change I ve ever had. They kept trying to get me to buy extra things that I didn t need, and harassed me when I said no. One technician asked me why I wanted to change my own windshield wipers, said I was trying to put him out of a job, and then asked me what I did for a living implying I could pay to have it done. Respect when women say no! They also didn t even fill up my windshield wiper fluid or check my tire pressure which is supposed to be included in the oil change. Do not recommend and will never go to this location again.

This is literally the easiest and best oil change place I have been too. They didn t attempt to force any upselling of stuff I clearly didn t need and were super friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

My driveway now has eight oil spots. Returned and was told this was normal. Which hasn t been the case the other two times the oil was changed on this vehicle at this location.

Short wait and quick service. Also, the closest location to where I live in Northgate. I like that the price quote they gave me was an accurate total price for the amount of oil my car actually needs. The other places said it would be $129 for 5 quarts plus $15 for each additional quart. These guys quoted me $145 for 8 quarts (instead of $175).

Came to Oil Changers out of frustration with customer service at Jiffy Lube. Was treated much better at Oil Changers. They answered my questions, provided more service to my car than I expected, and did a really good job.

I have a small fleet of collectible cars. Take em all here. Even the diesel pickup. They are very professional and take pride in their service. I buy discount bulk oil change cards. I bring my own Mobil 1 synthetic and no grumbling. As to person who complained didnt check radiator antifreeze level: it is dangerous to un-cap a hot radiator! Check it at home in the morning BEFORE you start it up (therefore cold...)

Ive been using this Oil Changers for at least 10 years. While usually a good, quick service, the folks working there now are awesome. They made sure my tire pressure was good and even asked if they could help reset the oil life on my dashboard.

Wow omg! Please be careful and watch out for these guys! I took my car in to get a normal oil change. I have own my vehicle for almost 7 years 2017 vehicle I ve never had a problem with it til I took it to this location. My vehicle is in the shop right now and it s looking like I need a new transmission! Due to these guys adding some transmission fluid that was not meant for my car. I will never take my vehicle here again. I see that I m not the only one that had transmission problems after going to this location. I ve drive my vehicle for work years NEVER had a problem til now. It has cost me 2 weeks of work and might have to spend 4-5k on a new transmission. Be careful

I have been a customer for approximately 25 years. The incorrect oil was filled in my vehicle. When I pointed this out to the Technician he blamed the mistake on me. I had the oil drained and replaced with the correct oil but I will not return to oil changers again due to the rudeness.

This is a great place to get your car oil changed. You do not even need to get out of the car, just drive right though, answer some questions from the technician, follow some basic instructions, pay and go. You can even pay with Apple Pay. It could not be any more practical and easy. The techs are friendly and professional too.

My passenger, wearing a bathing suit, and holding an inappropriate drinking vessel in her hand, asked if they were hiring...they were and they interviewed her right then. She started the following day! I always get speedy, thorough service at this place...maybe now theres an employees mom discount next time...lol!

So I usually go to the Pittsburg franchise. I was in town for lunch & decided to pop in for a quick oil change. I really like the crew in Pittsburg; but the techs had a hard time removing my oil filter. So they sent me to the Concord franchise. I drove up & these gentleman worked like a fine tuned crew pit. They were able to get my old oil filter off and put the new one on. They also checked my tires and made sure the pressure was correct. These guys were just so nice and professional. I even got a coupon for my next oil change! Joseph even took the time to educate me on what my oil dipstick should look like when I check my oil levels. (My car is known to leak oil) Not even my mechanic brothers taught me this. I was impressed. So grateful for Oil Changers Concord for taking care of my car.

Ive been a customer here for many years but I will not be coming back again. I paid $187 for a full-service oil change but their technician made a mistake during the process and cause my car to overheat. This happened right after the oil change. I brought my car back to have them check the problem. They found out that there was a part broken in the coolant hose. They tried to fix the problem but when they add more coolant, the coolant started leaking like a faucet. These guys damaged my car. I couldnt drive my car anymore and I have to call a tow truck for my car to be towed from their shop.

First time at Oil Changers, and it was a great experience. Saul and the other gentleman were friendly, helpful, and professional. Although both bays were occupied when I arrived, I was in and out quickly once I pulled my car into the garage. I m planning on making this my go-to place for oil changes!

Oil Changers took care of me with my oil change and were completely honest when checking my coolant - they didn t upsell me, instead told me it was in good condition. Billy, Kenny, and Joe delivered phenomenal customer service for a native Texan - I ll be back here for my time in the east bay. They saved me money and made sure my car was in solid condition prior to leaving.

This was the worst oil change I have ever had. They were too lazy to take off the skid plate and bumped out the oil. It took for ever and now there is oil dripping from the skid plate. I m so mad I chose this location

Customer service is everything. I called ahead to inquire about an oil change only to show up and find out they didn t have enough of the specific oil my car needed. This was pretty frustrating as it was about a 20 minute drive. When I told them I was a touch frustrated, they went ahead and topped of my car with the oil they had left, put air in all my tires and washed my windshield as a sign of good faith. This is the only place I ll be getting oil changes from now on. The two gentlemen working went out of their way to turn a negative into the high point of my day.

Super professional, normally I come to see my boy Joe, but his brother Josue and Aaron were so helpful about letting me know what was needed on my car. I m not much of a car guy so Aaron s expertise was much appreciated. 10/10 would come back again.
