Had my tires mounted and balance took it back to find out they didn't balance correctly they rebalance them and Charge me again what a scam
Great customer service! My flat tire was repaired at a reasonable cost and they checked my other tires, to see if air was needed at my request, at no charge. I definitely come back for their business!
I was recommended to this place and it was highly recommended and I lived up to every thing they said great service and fast service
Fast service, friendly employees, good price. Tire popped on my way to work, filled it up with air after work and drove to the shop as quickly as possible. Quoted me $20 to patch the tire when I got there. Unfortunately they said it couldn't be patched once they got it off the car and inspected it. I'm not a tire expert but the hole did seem quite big to me and I was wondering if it was patchable as well going in. So I believe they were being honest. They were able to replace my tire, unfortunately they didn't have any new tires that would fit my car so I had to go used. The price was fair at $64 for the used tire and install. But when I got home and actually looked at the tire, the tread on the used tire they gave me is pretty low. Was hard to see in the shop with the dim lighting and I wasn't really thinking about it. So basically it's gonna be a short term fix. Overall, I'm happy with my experience. I just wish they had new tires that fit or the used tire was in better condition. I've never bought a used tire before though so IDK what the usual condition of said tires are. I'd probably be willing to go back for new tires though if that's any indication of service.
Totally honest guys. Fair prices. I went to America’s tires and they would not repair the tire because they said the sidewall had some wear after I’m driving on it. I live two blocks away from America’s tires and didn’t realize it would do any damage. I drove at the speed of idle. America’s tires did replace the spare for free, which was nice of them. I went to Garcia‘s to buy a used tire to match the current tread on my other tires, and asked if they would be able to repair my previous tire. He said he would have to look at it and after removing it from the rim, he showed me the interior of the tire and it looked pristine. He said they could repair it, and saved me even more, even though they used tire would’ve still been a better idea than a brand new one. Highly recommend
Ive purchased three brand new tires sets here and a couple used. Every time I've dealt with someone different but they're always very helpful and knowledgeable. Every representative is always straight forward and been honest with how much tread my tires have left and gave an honest opinion of how many miles to expect. Unless they go out of business this will always be my go to tire spot.
I always get great service here. They're willing to fix what other shops can't touch. Here's pictures of my tire getting triple sealed due to the size of the puncture.
I got 2 used tires for a 1966 vw bug I'm working on. They were fast and have tons of good used tires. Only took 15 minutes with a line of 4 cars in front of me. Great service!
