Went to purchase engine oil and I did not know the type I need. Joe helped me out picking the the right product and he also extended his services to fill it up in my car. He was very helpful and professional. Joe is simply the best and his employer is lucky to have him.

The staff at this auto parts store are friendly and always helpful. Being a regional distribution center for nearby stores, they are likely to have whatever you need in stock.

It is a beautiful place accessible to all audiences, zero racism, excellent certification, they speak Spanish and English. In the place you will find all kinds of spare parts for your car, any brand, but they have it in your order, the customer comes first.

This post covers both Jackson and Nunes St locations. Looking to get a few needed but disparate projects done. Found just about everything at the Jackson location. They were out of stock on one upper radiator hose for my SUV. Fella that helped me secured one at the Castro Valley location on Nunes. Lucky for me, this location was much better stocked and my very knowledgeable guide was very helpful above and beyond her calling at OReillys.Thanks to dear Emma, I am planning to head back in a weeks time to continue my love affair with my 20 year old MDX knowing that shes got my back. I could hug you but dont want to until you get to meet my car first.

Its where I go for basic things like oil, filters, random care care stuff. For parts Id rather go with napa.

I had recently bought new wiper blades, which they installed for free, however I noticed two weeks later in the recent heavy rain that the bottom of one of the wipers didnt seem to glide very smoothly across the windshield at all and I was afraid it might come off. I went in to the store a few days later and spoke with them and the very nice woman at the counter came out and looked at it, believed it seemed a bit loose to her, and promptly installed a new one (again) for me. I havent yet been in the rain again but I did use the wipers when I sprayed the windshield as I cleaned them and it seemed much better than the other wiper. I am so satisfied that they cared enough about my safety and experience to check this out and fix it immediately. I have never had anything but attentive, expert and considerate service at this store and I dont hesitate to return there for my auto-related needs.

Great group of folk. Genuinely out to help you fix your ride at the most affordable prices. I go there at least once a week per my job duties, and also on my own for my personal vehicle. Good bunch of peeps. Check em out.

The gentleman that waited on me was wonderful, the girl that answered the day before awful, asked fir 2 marine batteries she said were in stock and went to get them the following day, he looked them up only one, said we never had 2 I sold one in September, she gave you incorrect information, he ordered the other and I was able to pick them both up the following day.

Went here after work cause my car was acting weird Stephenie and Lauren helped me and they were great especially Stephenie who helped me figure out what was wrong. As a woman its nice to see women working somewhere like this and I appreciate their help

Dont let any of the women grab a car part for you otherwise they will get the wrong part. Except for the lady with tattoos on her arms. She knows her stuff. Twice they other lady grabbed the wrong part. Twice.

They have a good service but they have a lady there and she has a really bad attitude she has black hair with a little bit of gray in it

I went in for a wiper blade replacement. Paul was exceptional - made sure I had the right blades, at a reasonable price, installed the blades. The entire transaction was efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!

They replaced a dead battery under warranty without any hassle and even installed it for free

I had come in probably about a year ago to get new wiper blades and used the little device they have in the aisle to find the ones I needed. That told me I needed blades that would cost about $70, and I walked away deciding to find them cheaper. Ultimately, I got Michelin blades from Costco and had the pleasure of watching one break on the freeway during a heavy rainstorm. I came back in, resigned to expensive blades, and went to use the device in the aisle again. The manager, Joe, was at the front, and he offered to help me instead. I originally was just going to replace the missing blade, so he went out to my car with me to match it as closely as possible. I decided I may as well replace both, still expecting it to be pretty costly. He then told me I could get both for around $40, and that the cheapest price point they carried was actually a solid mid-range wiper that should be fine for typical driving. I was delighted! Even more delighted when Joe came out with me and replaced the blades without my asking. He had me test them out, then cleaned everything up and sent me on my way. Great experience! Joe is very friendly guy with great taste in masks. He also doesnt look down on you for not knowing his trade like some auto professionals will, or try to milk more money out of you. Next time you need wiper blades, I received just asking for them to look up what kind you need instead of using the self-service so you can get out of there with what you need. Thanks Joe!

Personnel if they know what theyre doing you should get the right part and not have to go back because they gave you the wrong part looking at a computer doesnt make you a parts person. There is a saying always enough time to do it over but never enough time to do it right thats sad
