MB Auto Center in Castaic

I take my car to get serviced here and am taken care of everytime. Great guys at the shop, always on top of communicating to me on what's going on! I just left earlier today to get my alignment done and the car drives perfect. Thanks to everyone at MB!!!!

Always great service at MB! Everything from oil changes, tune ups, or the occasional breakdown or strange sound, the guys at MB have taken great care of our cars. They are definitely a shop you can trust!

I went into get an oil change. I did so and they charged me $110.00. Then I was told that I needed my tires rotated, air filters and a transmission service that meant I needed a transmission flush! I got my filters changed as it's had been years. But as I was asking the mechanic if I could buy the filters at a Pep Boys or elsewhere, and could save money, he stated it would cost more due to labor! Wtf! I let him place new filters in and I'd took exactly 8 minutes! I was then charged $101 for 8 mins of labor and 2 filters! Then!!!! I proceeded to infrom the tech that I had just bought my tires a few months ago and had only put a few hundred miles at best on them. He replied, "Oh"? There was no where near 5,000 miles on them! So, when I had asked him about the tires and informed him about the transmission flush, he looked at me like a deer in headlights. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS!! I looked up if I needed a transmission flush in my owners Manuel and online. It was NOT recommended for my Honda or A Toyota! Ever! I don't know about other's experiences, but this was a rip off!

First time having my vehicle serviced here. Pulled in and was greeted right away and notified of possible time line for completion. Was notified of all options and services they do provide. Not only do they just change your oil they also complementary check ALL fluid levels, filters, brakes, tire pressure etc. and notify you of any recommendations. No pushy salesmen attempt to get you to replace it right then and there. Had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced by Michael and Aaron. Will definitely be back, they have earned my business.

Byron and his team are well experienced mechanics that work fast at an affordable price i’ve been coming here for years and they have been nothing but a honest reliable mechanic shop for me and my family. I trust them with anything and I know the job will get done right.

They did a great job with handling everything. They never stressed me out or let me down once, the new paint they applied was absolutely perfect. The car never looks like it was in a accident After further inspecting the car, all I have to say is they do their best to make your car look brand new leaving the dealership. They went above and beyond, something no other autobody has done with one of our cars. Thank you blake and Oliver and the people that work at the front desk. You guys are the best
