Excellent services! I contacted Super Glass for replacing the glass of our patio door. Sam sent his brother to do the measurements within two hours. The new glass was installed in four days. Very satisfied with the new glass and the installation. Highly recommended!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Super Glass for nearly 20 years. Five years ago, my wife and I had Super Glass make two custom shower enclosures for us. After 5 years, we needed to replace the sweep/deflector on the bottom of one of the shower doors. I visited the Super Glass warehouse in Campbell, and spoke with Manager Milad Shaeghi, and asked him about replacing the sweep. Milad matched the sweep and needed to make some custom cuts on the bottom of the sweep so that it would fit our Shower Door. fit our door. 20 minutes later, the work was completed, with no charge for his labor. I returned home and installed the new sweep, but unfortunately, the sweep was a bit too long. I called Milad, and 10 minutes later, he arrived at our house. Milad made an additional cut on the "fins" located on the bottom of the sweep, and then reinstalled it. The door opened and closed perfectly, as a result of his effort. When I offered to pay him for his time, Milad told me that it was his pleasure to help us out, and there would be no charge. I was amazed and very grateful for his kindness Super Glass is a family-owned business, and their focus is on satisfying their customers. I contacted Super Glass to replace glass for a cabinet door. I wasn’t comfortable taking off the cabinet door myself, and I was happy when they offered to come pick it up themselves. It only took a few days and the cabinet looks good as new! Would use again for other glass related needs.

Polite and professional! Our patio door glass shattered, but we had trouble getting quotes because it had a wooden frame. I spoke with Sam and learned that Super Glass had experience with our type of door. His brother came out to measure it that day and it was replaced right outside our home about a week later. Considering this happened before Thanksgiving, the turnaround time was fast. Very satisfied with the service!

Initially, I was skeptical when they asked for a 50% down payment before they would schedule an installation. However, after a great conversation with Sam, I learned they're a family-owned & operated company. Since Sam came across as honest and trustworthy, I paid. We set a date for the installation, and Sam gave me a two-hour window (8-10 AM) when they would come. The installer (Javier) showed up at our house at precisely 8 AM on the scheduled date. He was professional, polite, and did a perfect installation. I forgot to mention that Sam's brother Milad came to do the measurements, and he was also professional and friendly.
