I absolutely love this place... the service, the communication, the friendliness, the honesty... they explained in detail what needed to be done on my vehicles that I've taken to this shop.. I highly recommend... Lauren is a sweetheart, Johnny (the mgr) works with you on everything your vehicle need. Awesome people!

The best! I've been coming to Dave for years, and I can always trust him and his team to do high-quality on-time work for my car. Since my car is a reliable Honda Civic, I haven't needed many repairs fortunately and it's usually just an oil change that I come into the shop for... but the few times I've had a mechanical issue or question, he and his team were quick to educate me and move forward with the best course of action.

Los Gatos Auto Service is my go-to car maintenence shop. I've had them work on 5 different cars throughout the years, and they are clear about what services are required, which are optional, and they do their best to keep process reasonable as well. Highly suggest.

Great service and quality work. When there were additional problems after the service to my Audi, they fixed it quickly and charged me only for the additional part since they’d missed it in the first service. And a much better price than the dealership. Found my new garage.

Took in my Honda Element, it's old but I like it. I like to work on my own cars but because I've been busy I haven't had time and several issues had come up. I dropped it off, great service. I knew about two issues, they found and fixed three for a reasonable price. Very good work, I am great communication on what they found. It will be back next time it goes wrong.

Joe here…. I believe My Ford F150 has been serviced at Los Gatos auto service since 2012. This is the first time I’m riding about my experience there. They’ve always done a great job. That’s why I keep going back. but it was my last visit that they really went over and beyond their regular great service. I had to travel a distance that is an hour away. My front right tire lost its balance and was very shaky at freeway speeds. The Day before I had to travel, I went to Los Gatos auto service and asked if they could do an emergency service for me and that’s what happened. They did what needed to be done at the time I needed it done! So I’m writing to thank them for the special care they have performed in regard to my needs. Thank you everyone at Los Gatos auto service. You’re the best!!………♥️

Outstanding service from a top-notch shop. Was referred here by a friend of mine, and I am really glad that I came. Connected with John and everything was smooth and seamless from the beginning. John was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote upfront, and was honest and transparent throughout the whole process. He even provided some additional information of some other maintenance work that I could do to extend the life of my vehicle. John also accommodated my busy schedule even though I had to move our first appointment. Brought my vehicle in for brakes and received stellar same day service. Brakes feel like brand new and got it all done quickly and easily. Great price and even better service. Would absolutely recommend John and Dave and Josue and the rest of the crew

Ms. Picky herself is very impressed! 😄 Had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren to quote/schedule, Josue to drop off, David the manager, who answered my endless questions so patiently, and even Francisco the tech that aligned my truck. This shop is truely a class act with an owner that treats his employees well and it shows. The fact they have been in business for over 30 years speaks volumes. The dark solid office door with the entrance sign pointing at it had me concerned for a moment, but stepping into the office and waiting area was a relief. It was very clean and smelled fresh even with a clean bathroom immediately accessible. Complementary coffee station was a nice touch as well. As a female, I felt very comfortable in my surroundings, with the people, and the rates were fair. Went in with a truck pulling to the right, pulsing hard on the steering wheel, and a front left wheel that clearly seemed out of whack. Left with it driving like a dream. Thanks Los Gatos Auto Service for a job well done and a wonderful 1st experience. I'm sure I'll be seeing you soon with more complex jobs!
