Literal scammer, tow truck driver recommended this mechanic, and conveniently a few days later the car I left with them was impounded by the same tow company, and conveniently he didn’t tell me until the next week when it had already racked up hundreds of dollars in fees. Do not trust this shop with your car.
This company is the worst neighbor ever. They service massive buses and diesel trucks - their parking lot isn't big enough to store these vehicles so they park them on Union Ave on one of the busiest and dangerous intersections around. Check this mess out this morning - yes both of those are IQ customers, a massive black bus and a massive dump truck, both have been sitting for two days. My kids try to pass this area on bikes and it's way more dangerous because IQ is using our streets as their storage area. Jeff - you promised to stop doing this yet here you are again. You know kids from Ida Price school have to squeeze between the trucks you park there and high speed traffic. Let's get the city involved again and see how it goes for you - also - let's give the owners of those cars something to think about when they get ticketed

On a recent trip the front end of my car got quite battered due to debris on the highway. My auto insurance, State Farm vastly underestimated the cost of the repair, and quoted me a low figure. Cora, a manager for IQ, told me not to worry because she would deal with State Farm directly. And that's exactly what she did. Thanks to Cora, my out of pocket total was minimal, State Farm paid all the rest, and the work completed was excellent! Thank you, IQ!!
Had an issue with my motor mounts due to work done by another shop, promptly took my car to Jeff at iq AutoWorks and Jeff did an excellent job on the vehicle. Attention to care and a high level of proficiency in automotive repairs is what Jeff brings to the table when he does work on a car. I highly valued his service and look forward to working with him again if my car needs any service.

When everyone said my truck needed a new motor around the holidays Ford told me it would cost me $30,000 there was no way my truck had any other problem then replace the Motor Jeff was my Christmas he solved what a dealer couldn't. He saved my holiday and I will be a returning. customer for life, he looks out for his customers in it for all the right reasons he knows his stuff and highly recommend to anyone needing work on any diesel.....
Jeff and Mark are good guys they do their best unfortunately I've been there twice at my air conditioning fixed on my trans am and they could not do it so I guess I have to go to a air conditioning specialist but for the most part it's a good place to have your car fixed especially if it's a high performance vehicle, but if there's problems with your conditioning like I have problems with send it to an air conditioning specialist!
Besides the fact that they help me with my old truck, they let me borrow one of their trucks after my truck got stolen. I am forever grateful.

This is the only place to take your vehicle. I do most of my own auto work and have serious trust issues taking my vehicle anywhere for service. But when it comes to the tough stuff, this is the only place I go. Especially for custom and diesel work. Jeff and his team kill it every time. Always super honest and always fair.
Excellent repair shop. I have used them for my 2014 Subaru Forester and 2015 Passat TDI. Repaired the front end on Subaru that other mechanics could not properly diagnose. Replaced timing belt, water pump and other required maintenance on my 168k mile Passat TDI. I am very satisfied with their work. I trust them 100%
I recently needed to buy a new car and their inspection service helped me identify a bad transmission on a used vehicle I purchased well within the return window. I was able to get my money back from CarMax and IQs inspection gave me piece of mind about the next used vehicle I found, which has been working beautifully so far.

Jeff and I Q is unbelievable he can fix anything repair anything manufacture anything so if there s a problem with your car RV boat or even bus he can fix it I don t know anyone selling dodgeball to be able to repair even on electrical systems and mechanical systems I highly recommend IQ

The mechanic on the phone.was.rude and rushed he definitely didnt want o.be answering any calls never the less any questions I had. Based on my phone call for more.info I can honestly.say that I will not be going to that shop for service Its important when you have your.vehicle.being.serviced.somewhere that your relaxed about the experience. but thats not going to be the case when you get a phone call like mine. A little nicer next time guys.

I stumbled upon IQ Auto when I got an outrageous quote for fixing my Range Rover from the dealership, I took it to IQ and got a substantially cheaper quote and decided to give it a try. I have been a loyal customer ever since and send my family and friends there as well. The staff feels like trusted family to me and I would never take my cars anywhere else. They have worked on my Range Rover, Dodge Charger and Chevrolet Truck. They have done everything from suspension, brakes, thermostat replacement, axel repair, leaks and maintenance over the past almost 10 years. They are always busy but work hard and always give me a fastest turnaround with quality work at the most affordable prices. Before them, I have taken my car to dealerships that needed repeat work and other shops that are empty but take forever to do a simple job and definitely overcharge! Don t waste your time going anywhere else. Only someone with unrealistic expectations would ever doubt these guys! 5 stars all the way.

I highly recommend IQ AutoWorks! My car broke down and the towing company recommended them. When I called today (a Monday!) around noon, they answered immediately and said if the problem was what they thought (a broken alternator), they could repair it that day - and they did! I was in and out in 3 hours. They were courteous, professional and fast and my car is running perfectly now. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

This is the most outstanding repair shop. Ive not met or been to a repair shop that is as skilled, honest or competent as Jeff and his team is by a long shot. I bought a Toyota MR2 with a rare SMT transmission that immediately started having problems. Toyota dealerships dont know how to work on these as neither do many shops and after browsing the forums more I found out how many complications this SMT trans can have. At this point, I either repair it or sell it at a loss. I was worried a shop was going to string me along with repairs as Id seen some nightmare posts on forums about this other owners had. I took it to Jeff to see what I should do and ended up doing a rebuild rather than selling it at a loss. Jeff did a rebuild with new parts and actually rebuilt the HPU himself which is a costly replacement part from Toyota (that not even Toyota techs know how to repair) rather than advising me to buy a new one like a dealer or most other shops would. I can tell Jeff and his team truly understand the complex engineering and mechanics that go into repairing parts and not just replacing parts and thats what stands out to me. IQ Is my new shop from now on.

They were able to diagnose the issue over the phone. After having the car towed to their shop, it was repaired in a few days. A week later, took the car on a 1k mile road trip and it drove like new. I would recommend them to anyone that is having car problems.
Recommend going elsewhere, not impressed.
They fixed a major electrical problem in my 4 runner and didnt charge me an arm and a leg!
