I am lucky that I brought my car to here for repair. The quality of repair was exceptional, and the turnaround is fast. The staff are friendly and responsive. 100% would recommend!

I loved the work done on my rear bumper. It looks brand new and the hit was light enough that they could keep my original piece, which is fantastic! Thank you for your hard work guys! The service was excellent. The front office staff is very efficient and made everything really easy. The work was amazing. They even washed my car thoroughly, inside and out. My car's never looked better. I'm so glad I chose this place.

They were able to get my 25 year old truck looking like new and still keep it under budget where the truck wouldn’t get written off. Very happy with the work they did.

Repair work was excellent however, the customer service could be better. I never got a call on status After the first contact or when my car was ready Via the app they sent me or by phone. I had to call them myself. Staff is professional and polite

I am so glad I took my car here for body repairs. I was hesitant to use a recommended shop through GEICO insurance because in the past I’ve had poor experiences but Fix Auto was fantastic. The drop off and pick up process was really easy and I received text message updates for the work status throughout the entire time. Front desk people were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fix in Campbell was recommended by my insurance agent. I’ve had work done by other body shops and have not been happy. My entire experience w/Fix couldn’t have been better. Their entire front office were extremely helpful and very responsive. The repair work done was rather significant and when they were done it looked like a new car. Sooo pleased w/both their service and their work. Next time I need bodywork done on any of my cars I won’t hesitate to call Fix auto body in Campbell.

After one status update, I had to call to follow up, only to hear the same excuse: ‘We’re waiting on a part.’ When I finally got my car back, it was dusty on the driver’s side, with dust on the hood and other areas. The paint job even had lint stuck in it, and there were noticeable gaps between the panels. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work.
