A Superior Collision Shop in Campbell

We had a great experience working with A Superior Collision Shop. Our Tesla was rear ended and A Superior was one of the Tesla certified shops we saw on the list. They had great reviews so we decided to go with them. The staff are all very professional and kind. We worked with Tee and he helped make the drop off and pick up process very easy. I also appreciated the weekly text message updates on the status of the work. The best part was that it was finished before the estimated date. The work looked perfect. It was also very convenient to have Enterprise nearby to pick us up to get a rental car. I was also able to leave my car at the auto shop when I returned to pick up my car. Tee even reminded me to get gas for the rental car before I left it since I forgot. I definitely recommend their services. Thank you Tee and staff!

A Superior Collision Shop is an excellent body shop! Their customer service is top notch and attention to detail is amazing. Their shop is a Tesla-approved repair facility, and they did a fantastic job fixing my Tesla. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend this shop to everyone out there. Specifically ask for Tee. He was very helpful and made the whole process of my fixing my car quick and efficient. He even washed my truck and had it ready for me by the end of day. Ill be sure to go back if I ever need it.

Professional, speedy, good communication! Tee was friendly and explained the whole process! They were able to work with insurance to get things done. Had my Tesla back in about a week! Bonus is they have a working relationship with the nearby Enterprise rental agency so Donica was able to arrange Enterprise to pick me up as. And at the end I was able to leave my rental at the repair shop! Great experience! Definitely will do business with them again!

This place had great reviews, which is why I decided to take my truck there. Noticed several issues after car was “finished”. Tire monitor not working, new scuff on side of the car, rear light not working. Seems QA was not done. Will update if items get fixed, otherwise not taking any other vehicles here….

Took my Tesla Model 3 there for rear bumper replacement. Due to Tesla part ordering delay and unexpected additional damage behind the original dent, the repair would have taken much longer than the original estimate. Luckily, they were able to expedite the repair to meet our traveling schedule. Highly appreciate the effort and excellent job!
