Not very customer friendly. If you have issues at work don't discuss with customers in store. It shows in poor service. Will probably shop either rosamond or tehachapi were service is much better

Unbelievable service! They have a heart! Was a crappy two days whereas my lemon of a truck alternator went out. I had to split the payment and then the machine crashed so had to wait till the next day when the transfer was voided. They were very apologetic and I was understanding. Got the part today AND they found one that was almost $30 cheaper than the one i was going to get and under what I had on hand. Got the new one popped in while on the side of the road on base 😂. Son and I are safe at home with our truck. God bless them so so much 🙏🏽.

They have very poor people skills. My husband and I went yesterday to drop off oil . It was full. We were told to check back on Monday. Cause they would have it empty. My husband went today Monday afternoon and asked if it was emptied and the guy responded with. Don’t you see the sign on the window that says it’s full. With attitude very unfriendly and we are new to your city tells us a lot best to shop elsewhere.

Horrible I live out in a desert about 45 minute drive from Autozone Started Working on my Car Just to Realize They Gave me the Wrong Brake pads Had to Drive to Exchange Them Just to get home and realize they had given me the wrong rotors also now I have to wait till after the holiday to go return the rotors and fix my car

Great service all around. Had everything I needed at a relatively low price without sacrificing quality. The kid that helped me has so helpful and informative that you would have thought he was helping to get his car running not mine. Bryce I believe his name was. Long hair with glasses, anyways the whole staff were kind and helpful. All in all great shopping experience I recommended if you're in the area as I will continue to shop there myself
