Fast quick great service. Had a huge crack in my windshield and my insurance referred me to Safelite. Glad I found this place as I ended up paying $200 less than what I wouldve paid at Safelite to replace my front windshield, and they had availability for sooner. Definitely call before going so they can order what you need. Very happy with the quality. I will be coming back here if I have any problems and telling my family and friends to come here.

My car got broken into the other day and one of my windows got shattered. Found this place through Google and it had good reviews so I took my car here. They fixed my window in 45 minutes. Even cleaned out the broken glass that had fallen inside my door. 150 bucks cash. If any of my windows break in the future, I will take my car here.

Its a small shop with a few workers, they werent busy when I went. They work pretty fast and get the job done. You should call first so they can order the correct part for you. Im really happy with the work done for my Honda Civic 2016. I was in and out in less than 30mins.

We called and made an appointment, and gave them the make and model of the car. We told them station wagon and they gave us a quote for 220. When we got there the place smelled heavily of cigarettes and he asserted that we said sedan instead of station wagon and tried to charge us 80 dollars more and said itd take 2 hours to fix. We came here because of the good reviews but were not impressed at all.

I came in to have a chip on my front windshield repaired the beginning of January 2018. They had the car for about 45 minutes and fixed the chip. However, unknown to me, all of my items in my center console were stolen (Checkbook, passport ID card, 2 credit cards, Drivers License, Firearm Saftey Card, you name it). The only time the car has been out of my possession since New years (when they were all for sure in there) was bringing it to this place. Fountain Valley PD called a few days ago saying they found these items on a person they pulled over at a routine traffic stop. Dont come here unless you want all your stuff stolen.

good glass, it should say great auto glass,i came in for glass remolding, on a sat, they took it, and fixed it in less then 1 1/2 hrs , charged me 4 times lower then the other guys thank you for helping me out i will refer you to all my friends

Good Auto Glass is the best!!! When I was moving down here to Orange County, a semi kicked up a rock into my windshield which caused it to crack. I just had my windshield replaced for 2003 Honda Odyssey. I made an appointment for today at 8:00am Last night. I didnt think that they would answer their phone at 8:00PM but they did. I talked to Sam and he gave me a quote of $150 which was alot cheaper then most of the places that I called. I came in at 8:00am and was out of there by 8:45. Good Auto Glass is amazing! I had called several places and Good Auto Glass was the only one who had a good price and a convenient time and location. When I called them they told me to come right in. Within an hour my cracked windshield was replaced. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs and auto glass work done. The service is excellent, the staff is ideal and the location is very convenient and unexpected. The only downside is that if you dont know where the shop is you may be confused. The shop office is in a small plaza and the shop is in the back. When I pulled up I wasnt sure I was at the right place but as soon as I came in I could see and hear them working in the shop area in the back. Absolutely wonderful business and I will definitely be coming back if anything unfortunate ever happens to my car windows.

Good Auto Glass has one of the most exceptional service available in Orange County. I had my window replaced with molding, all for just $140 (when other places cost $200)! No where else can beat the price they offer around this area and it was all done within one-hour and you can either bring it in to the shop, or they will come to your house. Recommended!

They provide such great service! I have had my windshield replaced before and it was a horrible experience so when my windshield for 4 runnerr cracked, I made sure to find myself a decent shop. I called around few places and one of my friend recommended this shop to me. I took my car into the shop after making a call and was quoted a very fair price compared to other shops. GREAT! I spoke to Danny and he told me all the information regarding the glass and he made sure to meet all my requests. All the workers were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Timing was great! They did such a great job switching out my cracked windshield. It was really fast and they even did at-home service so I was just hanging out at home and they came and completed the switch in 30 min. They are definitely experienced and you can tell by the way they treat your car and how clean they are through the process. The price is cheaper than what you will find at any other shop and they are very flexible. There is no hassle! I was referred by a friend about this place when I got my windshield cracked. When I went in, they were friendly and quick on service. They got started right away and took about 30 minutes to replace. in the mean time, I paid and talked to the owner and he was a people person who kept me company to pass time. The price was fair and so far no problems on the new windshield. The windshield is as if it was my original windshield. I would go there again if I need to.

You can throw away all pre-conceived notions of mechanics when you visit here. When I left Long Beach, I was convinced that Id never replace my old mechanic. However, time and exigent circumstances brought me to this neighborhood shop and I remain grateful! I have now used them 3 or 4 times and Im sold. Their estimates are always fair & accurate; no unnecessary repairs - and the work is exceptional. Ive even had them talk me OUT of an unneeded job & they showed me how/why I wrongly thought I needed something. Just a great, fair, professional shop.

Recently I had my 2000 Honda civic door broken into right infront of my house. I needed to replace it as soon as possible because I was going out of town the very next day. I searched for several auto glass companies, but decided to choose good auto glass because of the positive reviews it received on google and yelp. I spoke with Sammy and he provided me with the information of the product and the whole process of the replacement. In addition, it was one of the cheapest place I found on the web. I was riding through the 91 when all of a sudden sand pieces from a pickup truck began flying towards me and hit me window leaving a crack. I contacted good auto glass because they were right off the exit and asked for their advice. Danny (owner/founder of the business) was very helpful and he advised me to come to the store to get it checked out. When I arrived at their office, which is located on orangethorpe between western and knott, I was greeted by very warm and welcoming people. Danny explained the situation and how much the cost would be to replace my windshield. As expected with great service the price was also cheap compared to other locations. Overall their service, price, and customer service should have everyone coming here for any window issues they might have.

They still had the cheapest price even with the mobile service charge. The total was $170 and other places were asking for as much as $220. I have a Toyota Highlander that had a crack on the windshield. I had to replace the whole glass cause the crack was growing over the limit of repairing...Found these guys online and email them for a quote. Their price was very budget friendly and they even offer mobile service. Very Convenient and professional. The OEM glass is as good as the Toyota original one. Even tho the rear view mirror fell off from the glass the next day, the owner offer a free fix up... Now I have a good place to call when I (unfortunately) need this kind of service again...
