Quick Lane® Tire & Auto Center at Bill Brandt Ford in Brentwood

Bill Brandt's Quick Lane service is like a well oiled machine. Didn't hang around to wait, but did get a text within 90 minute letting me know my Edge was ready and asking me if I needed a ride to the shop to pick the car up. I was within walking distance, so that's what I did, walked. At the shop, the cashier covered everything they did with the total service, oil, filter checks, battery checks, brake, tire pressure and tire rotation and wiper inspection. All in 90 minutes? Outstanding! Bill was covered in the service agreement purchased with the car. I am a smiling customer. "See ya again, boys"!

Quick service, friendly people. I paid a little more than I would have liked, but it was worth it. Would definitely go back!

If I could give zero stars, I would this place completely tried to take advantage of me. I have been taking cars there for four years. I have been taking my Dodge grand Caravan for three years to this place. They have never checked my transmission fluid which doesn’t make sense when I’ve been taking my car there for so many years they tried to sell me a new transmission. I got a second opinion, and all I needed was transmission fluid. I took my car there for a tune up and instead of doing a tune up they try to sell my a new transmission for over $6000. Low life mechanic place to go to.

Great place to get an oil change, tune up, brakes, ect. Always excellent customer service from making the appointment to checking out. Affordable compared to other places that offer similar services. I feel they are truly honest with their assessment on what needs to be replaced or not. For example, today I was pretty sure my brake pads would need to be replaced but was assured that they still had half life left. In regards to an oil change, I love getting a detailed (easy to read) report on my car attached to my receipt. I save these to compare to past/future reports.

I had my oil changed and after the work was done I noticed a small amount of oil on my garage floor. I called Quick Lane and explained the problem they were very nice and told me to bring it back. They immediately took my car in and put a new gasket on the drain plug and replaced all of the oil. 1 day later I noticed a small amount of oil on my garage floor and call them again and brought the car back. They ordered a brand new drain plug and gasket no charge to me and completed the work. Jacob the mechanic constantly kept me informed about what he was doing and what the plan was to fix the problem. Incredible service excellent attitude I will go back for all of my service needs. Very happy! Dennis K

So far I’ve brought my car here twice and have been really happy with the experience. On this last service, they finished 90 minute job in 30 minutes. Prices are competitive, service and quality are great, and you’re getting Ford OEM parts. Don’t have a reason to go anywhere else.

Service was great until the last time. I pulled my car to do my own oil change this time. The drain bolt is stripped and looks the the used an extractor to remove it last time. Instead of replacing it. They put back the stripped blot.

I wouldn't buy another car from Bill Brandt Ford, but I won't let anyone else service my cars and trucks. Only Quick Lane in Brentwood. Gino the service manager, is simply the most professional and thoughtful service manager ever. You can relax if he's managing the work or giving you quotes. He's a straight shooter.
