Got a smog check on Monday. Service was excellent, from the first call to make an appointment to the completion of the job. I highly recommend Spiter's.

Generally good experiences and fair pricing especially on regular scheduled services for my Chevy Volt, but last time in was exceptionally sloppy. Uneven tire pressures, car pulls to left, oil service indicator wasn’t reset, charge door left ajar, random clip found on my floor mat. Inflexible in sourcing non-factory OEM parts even when available with warranties.

I called Spiteri Auto this morning to ask if they replace batteries in key fobs and they do. Found out I could drop by today and get the battery replaced. Now for the customer service part - I am an elderly lady with mobility issues that are limiting but after I explained to Liz my situation, she told me how to proceed. I followed her suggestion and got my key fob battery changed without getting out of my car. When I tried to pay her she told me it was on the house. Fast, courteous, extremely kind, personalized customer service. Amazing interaction today. I’ll be back for other service as well! Many thanks Spiteri Auto!

We've been having Spiteri's work on our vehicles for several years. Originally based on the recommendation of a good friend, we found they easily lived up to the recommendation. Their technicians are skilled, the work is done correctly and quickly, and any time there is a delay for any reason they have been clear about what was going on. The rates are competitive for parts and labor. Not cheap, but never jacked up. We have been taking all our vehicles there, from a 2014 Focus ST to a 2017 Highlander hybrid to a 2021 Corvette. They have the certification and training needed for each. The only challenge is the location where street parking can be a little thin. Overall a well earned 5 stars.
