Charged me for a Part. I ended up buying the part and never got my refund for it (1500$) do not deal with Luis he will ignore your calls and he is never at the shop. Me cobraron 1500 por una parte. Yo termine comprando la parte no devolvieron el dinero. Luis es ratero no contesta las llamadas y no esta en el shop

I love the good auto services they do here

It was awful! They charge 75 for a diagnostics which is them plugging a car into a computer while other places do it for free. It takes 10 mins to do. I got ripped off big time. Then to get the problem fixed the prices were way over the roof. There are way better shops out there this is not one of them.

HAD MY RANGE ROVER SERVICE AND TAKEN CARE OF BY THE CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIAN ROBERT. HE DID A GREAT JOB! THANK YOU JOE'S AUTO CARE FOR HAVING MY RIDE RUN SO SMOOTH !!!!
