BB Auto Tech Repair in Bell Gardens

I had a bad experience due to I took my Subaru, so they could replace the clutch. so they did the diagnostic and told me that they didn't know what was wrong with the clutch. So they told me to come in so I could explain what was wrong. After I explained to them what was wrong, they said that i had to replace it and told me that they couldn’t do it. Do to not having the special tools for the subaru. Thats a lie and they still charge me 150 dls for the diagnostic that they never did.

The staff is beyond helpful, the prices are beyond reasonable and my car was ready the same day for brakes, rotors, oil change and an A/C recharge. Beyond satisfied. I went in just for an AC recharge and they brought to my attention that new brakes were needed asap. I will recommend this shop to anyone. Please go support this amazing small business and their great knowledgeable staff

I have my tacoma 2019, and a ligth comes , and I was worried about it ,and he just put the obd and clear all the codes ,and just like that he fixed it.

I been bringing my Ford Explorer to Travis since 2020 ,and he has always provided awesome customer service to me. He is very welcoming and friendly! So far I had only been visiting him for my full synthetic oil change ,until yesterday that I noticed my passenger rear tire was losing air. I gave him a call in the afternoon, and told him my concern, and he told me to bring it in. He took the time check all my tires and told me I had a nail deep in there and my thread was to the end on my other tire. He gave me his recommendation of buying 2 brand new tires and that he would rotate my 2other ones. He gave me a great price! He placed the order and told me he would text me the next day to let me know when they arrive. He texts me a picture of my new tires and told me to bring in my car! I dropped it off, while his guys were working on it,he was giving me updates and sending me pictures of how the tires were looking:) I was so happy he took care of this in a short time plus he also did my oil change, and even when I left he took the time to text me to ask how the car was feeling! Thank you Travis and your guys for making sure my car was riding smooth again! You are my mechanic for life!

Took my car in to get my belt replaced because my car was squeaking like crazy and to get my radiator replaced because it was leaking all over the place. Travis took a look at my engine compartment and noticed right away all the problems that I was having. He gave me a complete breakdown of the cost for each part and labor for each part which I think is a plus. His pricing is very reasonable. I went online and priced all the parts and they all matched up to what Travis was selling them to me for. Travis and his team did a great job in fixing my problems. Travis constantly keep me updated with text messages and photos. They even fixed a few things on my car that I did not ask for free of charge. I highly recommend BB auto Tech!! VERY HAPPY with the work done here. I had a lot of parts to replace - nearly my entire right suspension. It only took a day to do all of this work. Travis and his team looked over the car to show me what was old and then what had to be changed out. Plus, after a good once over, he found one more wheel issue and quickly fixed it. I'm so happy with their work and their kindness to talk me through everything and to show me. Highly recommend!!
