Aptos Glass & Ideal Windows in Aptos

We contacted Aptos Glass and Ideal Windows to have some retrofit windows installed. Chris and Jacob came out, did measurements, and installed the windows. They were on time, friendly, clean and left early. Carrie took care of the business end of things. She answered the phone, was in the office when we stopped by to ask questions and provided excellent customer service. They even sent us thank you card for doing business with them which was very nice. Our windows look fabulous and are a huge improvement. We will definitely use Aptos Glass again.

When someone makes you feel badly, you feel like you should let them know. We had some windows to replace and tried to contact Aptos Glass and Ideal Windows. First by email. Then by website form. Then by phone - several times. No one ever returned the email, returned the form, or returned the call. No one. I even posted photos of the problem we were having and requested help. Their website says "no project too big or too small". Perhaps this isn't quite accurate. I have two beautiful homes with 30+ windows and some of them are very large. Perhaps this review will capture their attention for future customers.

I have a short term rental with a shower door problem and called Aptos Glass at 4:30. Chris immediately went out and fixed it by the end of the day. Great job of customer service! Thank you!

I’ve used Aptos Glass many times for cutting custom pieces of glass for picture frames and replacing a broken tempered glass part for an aquarium. They’re quick, friendly, and do good work for a reasonable price.
