Owner offered a fair deal to fix my Mercedes and did a good job.

Yesterday I brought my car in for new brakes. The staff were professional and polite. Affordable prices and the job was done quickly.

40.00 to mount a tire. Trailer tire does not get balanced. Charged me 40.00 and he was not the owner and put the 40.00 in his pocket no receipt.

Glad others have had good experience here but my parents brought my car in for oil change and to rotate 2 tires that were mismatched. They didn’t do that and instead charged us for a rebalancing that we didn’t ask for. My dad even asked to make sure they switched the right tires and they said they did but didn’t. Maybe it was an honest mistake but feel like they took advantage of my elderly folks who were just trying to do me a favor.

So happy I chose to ask Aptos auto care if they could help me with a tire . Sadly, I Wasted over 45 minutes Did at Costco yesterday about tire with slow leak. Had to set up an appointment for days later. When I came in to Aptos auto care today they checked my tire repaired the leak from a nail and all within 20 minutes. They do great work and I will never go anywhere else!

I'm Chinese, and despite the language barrier, they helped me, inspected my car, and repaired my car for a small fee. They are a lovely group of nice people.These guys were really nice and helpful. Chris is a good guy and went out of his way to help me.

They did the first oil change on my 2024 Mazda 3 Sedan. They were slammed but still managed to fit me in without an appointment— they called me a couple of hours later to let me know it was done and I walked over. I provided the oil and the oil filter. All around it was a pleasant experience.

Honest, professional, clean and kind. They got me out of a bind and charged very little. 🙌🏼🙏🏻 Thanks! 👍🏻🚐
