America's Tire in Antelope

I came in on a Wednesday evening to drop my car off for new tires to be installed the following morning. To my surprise, they offered to replace all four tires same day — right at closing time — which was incredible. I got there at 6pm, and by 6:10pm they had all four tires replaced. The whole team worked together like a pit crew, tackling the job quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Even though we were the only car there at the time, they treated it like a top priority from start to finish. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I can’t recommend this America’s Tire location enough — amazing service and an incredible team!

I grew up in a family owned and operated automotive shop where cleanliness was as important as the customer service was in creating returning customers. Right arm, great job guys!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Americas tire until today. Apparently, walk ins are shunned at this location. All I wanted was a tire rotation. They estimated my wait was 1 hour and 15 min. Ok. I’ll wait, that’s fine. But as I waited, I watched…With about a dozen plus employees you would think they would have more than 2 cars in their 6 bays at a time, but sadly, no. Occasionally I saw 3 cars but still, they have 6 bays! All I saw were guys bullshitting and trying to look busy. I overheard an elderly lady ask about her car and she mentioned seeing people come and go, whom had arrived after her, and their response was ‘they had appointments’. She was waiting WELL past her ‘estimated’ time and WELL before me. That’s when I asked for my keys back. I waited over an hour for a 5-10 min job, only to watch guys standing around, not touching my car yet, and with plenty of open bays!! PRIORITIZE, and get your customers in and out! I’d be embarrassed

We scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and chose to wait while it was done. The job was completed within an hour, and the price was an incredible value. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We’ll definitely return in the future.

The people who work at this location are beyond wonderful. I got a huge screw stuck in my tire while driving and had to be at an appointment in an hour. Called them on the way, they took me right in. Fixed my tire for free super fast and even helped me chase my runaway huskies two blocks down (Nicholas, forever grateful to you!l. I mean if that wasn't epic customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you guys so much! Totally saved my day! Coming only to this location forever.

excellent customer service, I had a low air light come on on the way home from work. decided to swing by and see if they could help. was able to just make it there a couple minutes before they closed and they were awesome, helped me right away with a smile on their face. I was ready to be turned away, and I feel like a lot of places would have but not here. will be back for sure.

These guys are great! I could only afford to replace the 1 tire that got a nail in the sidewall. They were fast and didn't have any issues with what I asked them to do. And they even put tire dressing on my beat up truck! I am impressed to say the least!! Thank guys!

Great place! The crew is very professional, and the shop is always clean. I’m happy to wait there while my car is being serviced. They offer great deals, price match, and excellent customer service!
