I am so happy I found this place online. The moment I walked in a was greeted by Javier and his beautiful daughter and wife. They were so HELPFUL, and gave me options on my brake issue. They even test drove it and inspected it for free. True angels. They were fast and priced so reasonably. I left so happy. Don't think twice go there and give them your business. They're worth every penny.Im sending My husband here already for his car!.
Very family orientated, serves his community, hires his community, much respect for the owner and his family, appreciate you guys looking out for your community, will always take my car their as long as he ownes this place!! He has older and younger mechanics their and they know their cars.!! Honest. And if they can't help you they let you know, not just trying to take your money!! I have been coming here for years because they’re in walking distance of my house and they are always friendly, responsive, and honest. Very communicative and willing to answer questions. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area who needed work done at a fair price. The fact that I can walk home and leave my car there is a plus but I will definitely keep coming here even if we moved because they take good care of me and my very old car.
9/23 - We have taken our cars to Brake Masters for years! They do handle brake jobs, but they have great mechanics who do all types of repair work. The owner, Javier, is honest and always gives us a fair price. We have referred several family and friends and highly recommend their services.
I come all the way from chino hills and bring my family as far as Fontana to come to this honest, caring establishment. They are great mechanics and the most honest people/business I’ve ever come across. If you are tight on money and your car is having problems, I highly recommend this place to give you the most fair price in SoCal. The owner Javier is an understanding, empathetic, awesome family man. He will tell you the honest truth on your car and what needs to be done. I’m so glad I found this business, they will give their 100% for you.

Left from getting brakes done. Went to get oil change weeks after for them to tell me the air was not pumped out of my brakes when I got them done. Im a women who does not kno much but when I went back to brake master they told me that that didn t need to be done. Moral of story they never fixed my brakes correctly this is my second car being broke down by them.
These guys are honest, reliable and reasonably priced. When I was disappointed about the cost of my oil change they said I could bring in my own oil and filter and they would do it for $40.

The store owner was very honest to tell me that my car brakes can still be used for 2-3 more months. I will go back in the future for brake replacement. The store gave diagnosis based on the actual need instead of making money out of customers. Honest and trustworthy.

He talks to you nice and friendly but he does a terrible job and doesnt cover the warranty because he makes you wait all day for you to get annoyed and leave, he tells you that he has a lot of work, sorry

These folks are wonderful! I was traveling far from home, and stranded. They repaired my brakes first thing on a Saturday morning and got me out the door in an hour and a half. Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you!
Yeah tying to keep a 1991 Hondo going have put lot of money into it but shes dying on me plzz help me out. I just want to keep the children safe and serve the public. My job some think is Thankless but not sure o me. I Love What I Do . Just need help!!!!

My Maintenance Minder light went on and oil level indicator went to 15% within a month after leaving here which is impossible. They either forgot to reset the light or screwed up.
No complaints from me. The service there has been quick the couple times Ive gotten my oil change there.
Very friendly, very fast (same day service even), very straight-shooters. I think its a family-owned shop thats been there a while they have a reputation to upkeep and did a great job!
If you want a place to go where you can really trust the integrity of the work, this is the place. Javier and his staff are very professional and courteous which is just as important. He will if possible share with you different option of repair and won t try and steer you into the most costly if there is another alternative. For credible service this is the place.

They scammed me. I went in with an oil leak and they said it was the gasket that needed to be replaced but it was just the O ring in the oil filter that wasn t seated correctly. They charged me $200 for it. Do not recommend, very dishonest work.

Very good shop I trust that shop to fix my car
Let me drive off with all my lugnuts loose. On September 21 I went to brake master to have my brakes inspected and possibly serviced or repaired. They took the car and inspected my car while I waited. After a while the quote for work was presented to me and I decided I would have to wait to do the service and they readied the car for me to leave. They gave me the car back and i drove away. As I drove away I noticed a loud noise coming from my wheels. I stopped a few blocks away to check my wheels. Thats when I noticed the lug nuts were loose. Every lug nut was loose on every wheel.i called brake master to let them know. I tightened them all myself. An employee showed up to help but by that time I already was done tightening them. The employee did not believe me that they were all loose and insisted on helping me. I did not need help. This was a potentially dangerous and damaging mistake they made. I did not even receive an apology and they did not admit their mistake. Worst experience getting my car serviced in my life.
The owner was great and Guillermo, the tech was awesome as well. I will be going back when Im back in Cali visiting my Mom.

Brake master is the best I must confess they are dependable and professional
very honest, another larger company told me i needed front end work. I went to brake master and they told me that wasnt the problem. But he would lift up the car and check. showed me nothing was wrong, and to come back when I buy new tires and check alignment. He charge nothing to check.

I have taken my car here a few times and you have always done great. I did an oil change and you put the sticker on the window and my mileage is past the mileage you stated for the new oil change but my service light hasnt come on indicating it is time to change the oil. Not sure what I should go by.
Javier takes care of all the cars in my family and he has been doing so for years! His guys are fast and efficient, and he is always cheerful.
