Not surprised to see many more people mentioning they messed up the car when taken for oil change, why even offer something that you cannot do? Just tell people upfront that you dont have the capacity to do certain services before charging them instead of telling them Sorry, theres not much we can do, you will have to take your car to a mechanic? Like thank you, wish I got told before.

$130 plus tax for a full synthetic oil change for a Honda civic. Left immediately and went to Valvoline in Thousand Oaks. There it was $85. I ve tried to give this store a few chances but now they have completely priced themselves out of my business. I wasn t going to review but they sent me a text asking me to so here we are.

Agoura Jiffy Lube was awesome!!I was really stressed out because of the fires and they totally put up with me and had my oil changed in just a few minutes.The guys there were great!

I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube in Agoura Hills Ca. They alway short me on oil. This is not the first time. Just one of many, on different vehicles. You would think spending over $120 on an oil change there would be better service.Not only that, the place is run down and filthy. Insulation coming off the ceiling and dirty, and just worn out.

Rude attendants

All I can say is Im very thankful for Luis tune service technician who helped me on September 15th with a huge engine issue. He actually listened to me as I described my car issue and did not disregard my diagnosis as he did check for the issue I described she we were both spot on. Prior to me coming in I took my car to a different jiffy lube and when I was trying to drive home my car engine washed to shut off and stop accelerating. It was due to the repairs the other jiffy lube did with my tune up and coil replacement. Luis showed a great concern for my problem and worked above and beyond to make my car driveable by replacing the spark plugs. He is a hero and honestly I feel like he is an amazing person in and out of the workplace. He is knowledgeable and honest. Thank you for having such a good man there. God bless you all. The guys that work here are great, courteous and fast, but DO NOT USE Jiffy Lubes online reservation system! This location does not even check the online reservations and works strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call them first to see if theyre busy.

Bait and switch. I had a coupon watch $20.00 off any oil. Because it was a rental with 11,600 miles on it I chose the cheapest option. At the finish I was told it wasn t $59.95 but a $126.00 as they only use the finest stynthetic oil. Nonsense. This borders on fraud. DON T go there.

Fast, courteous, respectful, topped off all my fluids in my truck, and Luis provided a special discount that was available to me. I bring my own oil and filters to help save money in these harder times. I was not made to feel anything but comfortable with bringing my own supplies as many other previous oil change companies seemed to get pissed off by not being able to have a larger bill by providing oil & filters. Great crew you have there.

Called ahead to see if they could do a walk in and they told me to swing on by. Get there and they say I have to wait 30 minutes for an oil rig or something rather. Thanks for wasting my time on a workday.

Today is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks that Ive come in to get an oil change at the Agoura Hills shop and was turned away. I have 5 vehicles that we bring in and typically they do a pretty good job. They are expensive, but typically you can be in and out of there in 25 to 40 mins. so it is convenient. But lately if you come in between 5p and 530p they always have an excuse as to why they cant do the oil change. They close at 6p. I was the only customer each time. Today and last week the excuse was that the system was down?? Im fairly certain that the only system that was down was they were sitting in the air conditioned office with the a/c on and the doors closed and dont want to do the work. Really disappointing. Will take our cars elsewhere from now on.

TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! Worst experience ive ever had getting my oil changed. The 2 dudes were complete jerks. Told me I needed to pay $143 just for oil in my Hyundai Sonata. Sneakily got me to sign off on it without telling me the price before they put it in. Would love to see this place go out of business.

I got to the shop at 5:40 and all the guys were outside hanging out as I pulled up. When I asked 1 of them if they are still open he said the compressor is filling up . I said so you re closed and he said yeah I guess we are closed . As I backed up to leave, he went up to his coworker who I think was the manager by the way he was dressed with a clean dark red collared shirt, gave each other fist bump as if to say good job getting him out so we can close up . Even though they were hanging out outside. I ve taken both my personal cars and we took a few of our work trucks there. Today was the last day I ll ever go there. If they are too Lazy to work at 5:40pm then they are probably too lazy to do your oil change properly. I was always a valvoline oil change guy but this shop was closer to my house so I ve been going there for the last few years. I guess I m going back to valvoline now.

They did a great job but I told them their location website showed my oil change with Synthetic Oil was $119 and they said cost is $139! I showed him cost? I went on line and showed him the coupon and bar code so he took $20 off? I drove from Malibu to Agoura Hills for that price and coupon and feel scammed on price! It was done quickly and gentleman was nice but didn t give me the price shown on your website?

This by far was he best services that I have ever had at Jiffy Lube, i almost did not come back because the last time the gent to checked me failed to deduct the coupon for 20.00, i went back and he said he could not do with the sales slip, he could have checked on the computer. I was very unhappy. But this last services again was complete, very professional and I will be coming back only because of this gentleman to helped.

I trust this Jiffy Lube with all my cars service needs. I dont feel any upsell, the prices are much less than the dealer and I dont have to wait in a long queue or make an appointment. The minute I drive into the bay I know I will get professional, quality service.

I used to come to the Agoura location because of Brandon. He was so friendly and went over everything with me about my car. When he went to another location I followed him. I found out he moved far away so I went back to Agoura. I will NEVER go back there again. The guy at the desk, Marvin, was really unfriendly. When I got home and looked at the invoice, there were all kinds of things needed that he never went over with me. They need more guys like Brandon.

Good techs they changed my oil, filter, topped off my fluids and I was leaving in less than 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this location. They use Castrol fluids at this one.

I have gotten my truck serviced here multiple times. It has always been a great experience. Always for an oil change. This time I needed rear brakes. They did it in under two hours, checked the fluids, airs, and topped off my oil. Couldnt be happier. Ask for Luis. hes the best!!!

This is the best Jiffy Lube location. The staff is very nice and respectful. I would definitely continue to go there but a change has happened on a larger policy. Jiffy Lube corporate policy now gives you no free top offs. Limiting to one or two after an oil change is fine but no top offs at all is not a great policy for the company. This isn t the fault of this location as it is a company wide/corporate policy apparently but it was a big reason I liked Jiffy Lube above other oil change centers. Due to the new policy however, I may need to find another place to get my oil changed. I am really disappointed because I loved this location.

Got a flat on the freeway I drove up 30 minutes prior to closing and a nice gentleman quickly patched it for me and got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. He even put air on the rest of the tires as well super nice!!! Thank you

The gentleman named Daniel , I believe was the manager at my visit definitely professional him and one other gentleman or working pretty busy pace and Daniel made it a priority to help me with a quick tire change even though he was checking tires currently on a vehicle and got me in and out With a mini being a previous Jiffy Lube employee I would say is customer service was outstanding good on that gentleman and his for helping me while I was out on a work trip Far from home.

Service was excellent and quick. When I arrived there was no line,. I stayed in my car while the oil was changed. Then the technician walked me through resetting the change oil light on the dashboard. I recommend this business.

I made a 1 PM appointment, it was confirmed. I get there and they tell me they dont take appointments and that theres a two hour wait. I am owed something for my time and frustration. This was at your store in Agoura Hills California.

Not a very good service, I gave the technician $300 by mistake, I left the business amd I noticed I didn t have my money went to the back to the place to ask if they d seen my money and they said no, which I know they were lying because i did give him $300 by mistake.!!!!!

I always feel like I can never trust Jiffy Lube. I usually try and avoid it. Unfortunately, this time was necessary and I received three different prices. After asking why, taxes were able to get knocked off and the price miraculously came down $5. Probably the last time I ll visit a jiffy lube. Prices are always different and employees seem to up-charge when they want and also seem untrustworthy

Terrible service, here s why:1) when I got there there was absolutely no workers or customers at the shop. I waited 5 minutes and then got out of the car to look around, and only then did 3 workers come out from another building. 2) the quoted me one price and then, when they saw in my records that I took 7 gallons of oil they requoted me. 3) I had to ask if they checked the filter inside the glove box. No they hadn t. And yes it was filthy, so I approved the new filter for the ridiculous sum of $60. 4) when I left I realized they had not replaced the sticker telling me when my next oil change is due.

I recently visited the Jiffy Lube in Agoura Hills and had a disappointing experience. Be aware prices are much higher here than other locations. Complete rip off over charged for a basic oil change, was in & out in 10min. The service was of poor quality, with no attention to customer service. Despite mentioning a possible nail in my tire, they didnt check the tire pressure. Unit I asked if they don t mind checking it, the guy just glanced at my tire. Additionally, there was no mention or offer of additional services. I regret to say that I wont be returning to this location due to the horrible service I received especially that they were not even busy. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall service quality.

This jiffy lube charged $62 dollars in labor for a 15 minute oil change. The other jiffy lube on TO boulevard charges $17 in labor. Don t go here.

The staff were so polite and my service was quick. Just popped over on my lunch break and was served so quickly.

I was told, after inspection, that I needed an air filter and cabin filter. I agreed to the air filter but the cabin filter I turned down. When I told the technician, he was upset. I asked him politely if he could just knock off some of the dirt by hitting it on the ground softly once or twice. He refused. After that, he installed the cabin filter again, but left half of my glove compartment contents on the passenger floor. He was very rude and didnt put the items back that he removed from my glove compartment after I told him I didnt want to replace that part at this time. I guess he was upset he loss the sale but he should have put things back the way he found them. Half the glove box was now on the floor.

The staff was very helpful but the pricing was a bit misleading. I was told there was something to do with a tire rotation on my invoice when I paid but to disregard it. Even with that, my synthetic oil change was still 50% more expensive than what I pay at competitors and that was AFTER a $25 off coupon. Happy with the service on my vehicle but disinclined to return to this business.

This location is overpriced and a rip off. Quoted me $165 for just an oil change. When I asked that is price gauging they stated that s our prices. Beware of this place. Go to Firestone instead. Their prices are reasonable and have great coupons and service.

I went to the Jiffy Lube off of Kanan in Agoura Hills yesterday. I was so impressed by Brandon, the General Manager. He was so friendly and upbeat and made sure I was in an out in time for an appointment I had. All the employees seemed really friendly.

Felt a vibration in my wheel and I thought my lug nuts needed to be retorqued after getting new tires. They pulled me in asap and got it done. Super friendly too. Not all the shops around here have good people. Turns out the lug nuts in the rear were loose so I m thankful for their help.

Jiffy Lube in Agoura Hills Ca, you guys rock. Really great customer service, never got out of my car, felt like a princess. Both of the people working on 6/15/22 in the am couldnt have been nicer. I dont feel like customer service is that great in most places anymore sadly...but these guys were super great, not pushy, honestly telling me that I didnt need new filters and just overall friendly and easy going. I recommend them highly.

Don t go here! They charge double the price of anywhere else with the lowest quality service. My dealer charged half the price for an oil change and they actual fill up your other fluids unlike this place that tells you they do but forgets every time.

I went there few days ago. They try to get you spend money in sneaky ways. First of all, they told me they were out of conventional oil, my only option was to pay $105 for synthetic oil. That was not the main problem. They then told me my engine belt was very damaged and needed to be changed as soon as possible (charging $100) because the belt was about to break and could have left me on the middle of the road very soon. I had a feeling they were making it up, so I let the place. I then went to 2 local car shops and they told me my engine belt had no sign of being damaged lol. You can t trust them

This place is terrible! I will be putting this review in several places so it is seen! Every time I go, literally six months since the last , and they always tell me the same story they don t have the proper cap after they get my car started and make me sit there. Seriously my car is a 2021. You would think they would have the parts by now. they continue to give you the same story. I asked for the managers phone number they gave me the owner, and when I called they hung up on me . Go right to the dealership unless you want to get scammed. Also, one of guys that work there are very rude and approached my car in a very undesirable matter. I am a professional in Malibu and will never recommend this place. Please go directly to your car dealership.

I love Jiffy Lube. At the dealership they will still tell you in 2023 that you have to leave your car for the whole day just to get an oil change. Absurd! Jiffy Lube is incredible, and the people are always nice. I dont have my oil changed anywhere else anymore.
