The employees are very immature and are not professional around customers. They often skip steps. It is, however, very convenient if the line is short.

Do not go here if you re a woman they will scam you. They said they d check my blinker lights and claimed one was out and that they d fix it for $40. I declined, and right after I left I saw it working in the reflection on a truck and still works to this day. I also had a $20 off coupon that they didn t scan in but claimed they did.

I opted to get the differential fluid service. Was surprised when they said they could not unscrew the drain screw. I have a new Nissan truck so it should be a standard screw? They said they would just try and suction out as much fluid as they could? I think all the sediment needed to be drained out? So, i;m not sure how effective the fluid change out was if they couldnt drain it properly? Just find it strange they didnt have a tool to unscrew the drain. They are the ones offering the service. Shouldnt they have a tool to accomplish the service? Just sounds amateur, not professional. Hope the fluid change was worth the price??

Cody (manager) and his staff were beyond amazing and helpful! Earlier in the day at a different Valvoline location my girlfriend had her oil changed and transmission fluid replaced. About 2 hours into a drive to Joshua Tree we noticed my car was not running correctly. The engine was not shifting properly from 1st to second gear with the rpm s reving high and not catching and shifting properly into second. The check engine light came on and was flashing. We arrive at 5:45 at Codys Valvoline location right before they were closing and Cody and his team ran a diagnostic test, checked the fluids and helped us figure out what the issue was. The other Valvoline shop who did the first transmission service put the wrong type of transmission fluid in (CVT) instead of (maxlife ATF). Cody was on top of this from the beginning and had a feeling that this was the case. He didn t charge us and was beyond helpful, friendly and professional. He runs the shop like a mom and pop shop and we couldn t be more grateful for his help. He didn t charge us a dime and would highly recommend his shop. We were very impressed by his level of professionalism and customer service. It s goes along way and made us feel cared for.

I have never had any issues at this location but this visit was different. The level of professionalism and attention was not there. There was an employee smoking his vape in the building and I felt the staff was not paying attention to me as the customer rather themselves and their conversations. Crew left oily hand prints and marks all one the front of my car and hood. They also spilled fluids all over my engine bay and did not wipe them up. One of the techs set a box of oil down on my core support cowel pretty aggressively and also slammed my hood down

The car in front of me and I pulled in right behind each other. She insisted of picking a side decided to wait for one of the lines to move. She chose the right side at the guidance of the attendant. I chose the left. Just like all the other times I came here. Well my line was quicker. When I was nex6up I was asked to back out and let the other line go ahead. I backed out and left, you just lost a customer Response to the owners response. We arrived at the same time. She turned left in front of me. So they were not wanting longer than me

They did a great job of catching me up on all the little maintenance items my car had accumulated, and I always have to give five stars to a place that makes sure the maintenance light gets reset. Its a little thing, but most places just ignore that, so often that I never realized I could reset the light myself. So I used to just drive around thinking my car was lying to me since the light was on right away after every service appointment! Thanks everyone, Ill be back!

Came for a regular oil change but was tried and sold on other services that wasnt needed. Price was nice when you bring your own oil and filter which they said will use. So the price was reduced after taxes to $41.97.

He is a true professional and very pleasant to deal with. Treats my car like his own. I believe it was Kiera that also worked on my car. Very quiet but pleasant and focused on her work. I drove away feeling safe and satisfied! Ill return again!

Great place quick service friendly staff

So I got an Oil change there and some how my car was running dry 3000 miles before the next oil change. Theres no signs of an oil leak in my driveway and the mechanic didnt find a leak. Lucky it was caught early, so my engine is ok. But I paid 300 dollars to have a mechanic figure out why my car was stalling.

We have been bringing all our cars here: Honda CRV, Nissan Cube, PT Cruiser, and Cadillac Escalade for years. Always great customer service. Very quick and efficient too! We like the convenience of staying in the car while they do the service. They always have our air filters, wiper blades,, and engine air filters in stock. The coupons they send save us $10 to $15 too.

Staff work together not against each other to provide the best service for all customers. If there is a line they get you through and make sure you always have great experience and get the best service available Thank you guys gratefully appreciate all of you I have been to other Valvoline stores where the service was awful. I will not go to any other store I will wait till I get back home to Yucaipa Valvoline always because other stores have long waits and awful service.

I used these guys for the first time. I have a Lexus RX350 that has 80,000 miles on it and is in PRISTINE condition. I use only synthetic oil in it, and my oil change came to over $100. Well...O.K. Its worth is to make my car last. Well, within a few days, I started to see oil stains on my driveway. I thought, maybe its just leftover from the change. NOPE. It continued and my car was losing oil. When I called to have them look at it, they said they will only look at it IF I WAIT IN LINE AGAIN. Whaaaat? I already waited forever, now I have to wait again for them to fix their mess up? No thank you! NEVER GOING BACK.

This place is way overpriced for an oil change. I had a $10 coupon and paid $95 for an oil change.

I wish zero stars was an option. On March 12, 2022 I came here as usual for the normal oil change on my 2014 Outback. Tech recommended a radiator flush, coolant exchange, and upper radiator hose replacement, which I agreed needed to be completed at a cost of $99.07. This is in addition to the $94.99 for the oil change. I then drove home and did not drive my car until Monday March 14. It was then that I began to smell hot coolant and my car began to overheat severely. Upon opening the hood, I discovered the new radiator hose had not been properly secured with the hose clamp. The hose had detached from the radiator and all the coolant had been lost. Luckily, I carry tools and was near an auto parts store where I purchased 2 gallons of coolant at an additional cost to me of over $45.00 so I could continue with my day. Ive been coming here since it was Oil Can Henrys, but feel the service and quality has deteriorated as the price has increased. This was the final straw. I will not be returning or recommending this location in the future.

Don t go here they over charge and take advantage especially if your a female! My wife went in for a simple oil change they up charged and spent almost 200! For conventional oil, at least put synthetic if your going to scam your customers! Don t waste your time going here there are plenty of places

Hands down BEST oil change place Ive ever found! You dont even have to get out of the car. The prices were great. They were so nice and knowledgeable and engaging. There was a guy in training too and they were all so pleasant and helpful toward one another. The happy atmosphere is a little, subconscious thing that makes an amazing experience. I will absolutely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Took care of oil and transmission fluid change. Had synthetic on hand and did it the quickest ive ever seen. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable . They knew there stuff and my car runs great and gas mileage is way better now that I have synthetic fluids in. My transmission shifts smooth and overall driveablity is way better. I recommend these guys if your looking for a quick and easy way to deal with your car needs with no mess all while you wait in your car. I got the Supreme service and they flushed the engine oil and cleaned all the gunk out as well as put in full system cleaner in the gas tank to clean my injectors and whoke fuel system. They topped off and checked the brake and coolant and made sure my car was in tip too shape.
