Valvoline Express Care in Yucaipa

We stopped in on a Sunday morning to get an oil change on our RV before hitting the road. The crew took us right in being careful as we are 11 foot tall. They got me in far enough to drain the oil and filter without issue. Matt and Chris were very engaging and communicated well with the guy in the pit. Overall great service and reasonable prices and no wait.

These guys are amazing! Customer service is fantastic! I ve not been here a single time where Ed and the rest of the guys have not been professional and polite, not to mention FAST! Before I m even in the bay they already have everything pulled up for me and have me out just as quick. It really is a well-oiled machine! But nonetheless, despite being fast, they never compromise the personal touch. And should you ever run low in between services or before a trip, they ll take good care of you. I ve been coming here for years and can t recommend them any more!

Update to my previous review, which was originally 2 stars. My previous experience with the right automatic bay left my car covered in soap and had no rinses. For the sake of a video, I wanted to give this wash a second chance. Im glad I did. This time all features of the left side automatic wash was working correctly and it did rinse everything off. So I will raise my rating to 4 stars. I posted the retake which is on my youtube channel now. (Search @jkelliher_24) Props to the crew for the improvement. -- Here is the old review: The most recent experience I had at this place has left me in disbelief. I went through one of the automatic bays and was left in shock when none of the spot Free rinse chemicals were working. So when the dry cycle engaged, I was left with tons of soap residue, not even close to being rinsed off. I have been through many, many, many car washes, and this one just absolutely blew me away. This is not my first time at this place I have been here before, and the quality has ranged from okay to average. To add to the bad automatic bay, the chemicals in the manual bays that provide spot Free rinse water were not working either. Its a shame that I have to rewrite this review for something that I was just praising a few days ago. I have a youtube video on my channel called the worst car wash experience Ive ever had if you want to see what happened in action. Used the self-serve car wash attached to Valvoline. Everything I needed worked great, credit swipe instead of quarters, and a raised platform to easily reach the top of my Jeep. They also had vacuums but I didnt have time to try them, maybe next time.

$100.00. For an oil change is to high.

Fast service, friendly guys. Appreciated them talking to me while they did the service (you stay sitting in your car). They explained the work and were not trying to crazily upsell me on random things. A little pricey but I think it was worth the service and attention my vehicle got.

Went in to get a oil change. Did not know what to expect. Drove straight into one of there bays. Was met my Fino he was very friendly and gave me all my options for my colorado. While sitting in our vehicle he talked to us and asked if we needed additional services. After paying he directed us over to give us a free car wash. I highly recommend Valvoline Express on 10 st. and Yucaipa Blvd.

Don t use your credit card to pay for a car wash here. Scammed and when I called they wouldn t do anything about it.

A bit pricey, but great service. Fast, friendly, tell you each step there doing as they change oil and offer free top off if you get low on oil in between changes. Plus free car wash. I would highly recommend Valvoline Express Care.

Shell Rapid Lube in Yucaipa is one of the best things you can ever do for your car and family. We have been receiving service from this location for almost 30 years. This place of business has always been blessed with outstanding staff. Right at the time of this posting, Steve is the manager. He has been with this location for almost a decade. He is clearly the best manager ever to serve the public from this locale. The staff is helpful, the location is convenient, and regular/scheduled lube-oil-filter maintenance is the best way to both preserve your car and squeeze the most miles per gallon from every gasoline fill up. I wholeheartedly give this place of business the highest possible recommendation ESPECIALLY if professionals like Steve continue to oversee service operations. Kudos!!

They do a lot for your car, but it Aint CHEAP! The 3 guys that worked on my car are very dedicated to do their job the best they can!

Very friendly people! Awesome place! Its a great place to wash your car. Nice shaded area to dry it off and vacuum. They sell drying towels, armor all wipes and air fresheners. Everything you need to clean your car.
