Rich over at Monroe's ALWAYS gives stellar service. I am a longtime customer and will remain so. They go to great lengths to do quality repairs and service.

Don is amazing! If you have transmission issues this is your place! I put it out on the nextdoor app that I thought I was having transmission issues, everyone recommended this place. Don't and I went for a ride he heard the voice that was off, and advised me it is not my transmission, he could have easily said it was. That's how honest and amazing he was.

Was able to schedule next day appointment and when I got there, got seen quickly, quick diagnosis and fix. Awesome experience and Don was a pleasure to have it with. Any future issues I'll be returning back to these guys.

I like the warranty 2 years or 24,000 miles. They are backing up their work. My 2001 Ram 1500 has been running great, just took it to Santa Cruz. I recommend this shop.

I took my 2002 Honda to Monroe because of shifting problems and lights coming on. Code reader said it was the transmission, so Monroe got me in the next day. It ended up taking much longer to run down all the problems my car was having. Monroe put a new brain in my car, charged me an excellent price, and was completely honest when they said they felt like they'd reached the end of the line with tracing the electrical issues. We replaced the alternator after we got it back and now my car runs and shifts more smoothly than it has the whole time I've had it! Dennis at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind, the work was well done, and the honesty was completely appreciated.

My Jeep needed a new clutch and flywheel. Dennis and his team were amazing, definitely my shop from now on. He kept me updated along the way, found another broken part and fixed that as well. I love my car and the quality of care they gave it and the time really can't be beat.

Rare honest business. Come from out of town, My vehicle started shifting just a little rough after some spirited driving over the passes. I knew it was time to change the fluid.
