Charged less than half of what the two other places I called were offering, WITH a three year warranty! Adolfo helped me out and he was more knowledgeable about my Prius than anyone I've ever spoken to aside from One particular Toyota tech. Most people who work for Toyota don't even know this much about them! Gave me some tips I'd never heard before about preserving the battery life. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke to Adolfo over the phone and to say he was extremely helpful would be an understatement. Although he does not work on the problem I was having with my 2014 Cadillac ELR system that is based off of the Chevy Voltec System, he asked me to read him the error codes that was causing the check engine light. He said that he can only replace and warrantee the battery for 3 years, but based on my error codes the battery was not the issue. He explained to me in detail what the actual issue was and how to repair the issue. This was something that the Cadillac dealer was unable to diagnose and repair for over 3 months. If it was possible to give this place a higher rating I would. A+++ I highly recommend Adolfo and his business.

Went out to my car the other day and it didn’t start😢 My mechanic attempted to find the issue and later determined that it was the hybrid battery. Unfortunately he didn’t work on hybrids in that capacity, and neither did, seemingly, anyone else in my immediate area. Fortunately, I found Hybrid Drive Batteries who only specializes in hybrid battery replacements of many makes/models. Spoke to the young man who quoted me a very reasonable price with warranty and so I had my vehicle towed to his facility. After running a diagnostic to make sure it was the battery, he started to work on it. Within maybe 2 1/2 hrs the replacement had been installed, another diagnostic had been run to show it was copacetic, and he had test driven it as well and gave tips for a longer battery life based on my make/model/year vehicle. What he quotes and/or what’s seen on his website are exactly what you’ll pay, no up charges etc etc. just an absolute upfront, honest quote. Unheard of these days sadly. However, I’m grateful that I had an opportunity to witness these traits, especially in his field of expertise. To any and everyone reading this: absolutely do your due diligence in searching for the best price and all that comes with searching for a repair shop, however, I’m more than certain that you won’t find better than Adolfo. Guaranteed. Honest, upfront, and respectful definitely describe Adolfo.

They worked on my 2013 Ford Fusion hybrid. It needed new batteries. The price was absolutely great. I originally took the car to the dealer and they wanted over $11,000 to replace the battery. Hybrid Drive Batteries were much more affordable. The service and care was by far superior to any dealer. They went out of their way to make sure my car was taken care of properly. I would highly recommend this company over going to the manufacturer.

Highly recommend. The service was prompt and proffesional. They ran a diagnostics to confirm the suspicion of battery failure at no extra charge. They replaced my battery with a high quality replacement. How do I know it was high quality? Easy, the battery has already lasted about a year with no problems. At a previous company I will not throw under the bus, it was replaces 4 times before the warranty expired. I received great tips on how to get the most life out of this battery. I have been feeling confident there will be no issues for a long time. Nothing worst than having fear of failure on my 2012 Prius C any time I hit the road. Fast. Friendly. Fair. Prompt. Reliable. I replaced my battery at another Hybrid Battery service and totally regret it. They ended up replacing it 4 times befor the warranty went out.

Adolfo is Amazing! He is professional, very easy to communicate with and VERY reasonably priced! We have a 13 year old Prius and Adolfo recently replaced the battery for us. Then, just recently, the dealer said we needed a new EC unit, quoted us a price and Adolfo replaced it for less than half the cost. He has saved us so much money.
