Fast and easy. You stay in your car as you pull up to the service line. They have 3 Options to choose from. Love thier record data base to keep track how many miles for other services, ie.... change air filter, radiator fluid, etc... 10-15 tops per visit. Convenient for sure since I never have to get out of car. My complaint is they forget little things like resetting maintenance due light, topping off fluids, not replacing wipers when they were the ones to bring it up which I okd. Anyway Ill be back... just watch closely for anticipated errors

They really do go by their modo on being done within minutes after arriving for an oil change. They check my brake lights, turning signals, and headlights. Under the hood, they made sure everything was in good condition and my wiper fluid and brake fluid were full. They even informed me of some things that needed to be looked at soon. The workers were very helpful and informative. Great customer service!

This place is A1 Andres was SUPER helpful. The manager at this location went above and beyond. We drove to California from out of town after getting an oil change back home and noticed an oil leak. They got us in, took great care of us, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend stopping here for your car needs.

I thought people should know, I had my oil changed, and when I got up the next morning and went outside every drop of the oil that was in my car was on my driveway. Either the mechanic forgot to put the oil plug back in or the seal to the oil plug was bad and he didn t tell me to replace it. The only reason why I m giving it two Star s is because they came to the house cleaned up the driveway as best as they could, and filled my car with oil because I would not able to drive it

Got to drive right in today, got my Veterans s discount, all the guys there were great!

This vallvaline is very unprofessional, wasted half an hour of my time and they couldnt close the air filter, they couldnt reset the mileage after changing the oil and told me to look at the label on your window, I think this is funny!!!

I m a big fan. Very clean, efficient, and professional. Have been coming for years. My mass air flow sensor went off due to debris from engine air filter being checked (Prius OBD Codes P3190 P3191, red triangle and engine not turning on) immediately after my oil change. Manager Eduardo and service tech Christian drove out to my car, diagnosed the problem, and had my car running again. Had to clear that compartment from debris and reset the OBD code. Above and beyond service in standing by their work.

I get a good price to change oil over here. But, they will charge a lot more if your car take more than 5qt of oil. Ensure to call the location to ask if you can bring your own oil if they need some extra

Just went on a Sunday morning for my wifes vehicle and was very happy with the service. Very quick, concise and detailed explanations, friendly staff who were never pushy with extra services, and affordable. Definitely a great spot to take your vehicle for simpler services like oil change, tire rotation, etc

I have been taking my vehicles here for years with no issue, and generally they are good at the service they provide. Couple weeks back I had my truck oil changed and was in the most south lane. They directed me in over the pit as normal, they did there thing and I was out pretty quick. When driving I noticed the right passenger side was very close to the red post that guards the building but there was a 2cd guy over there giving the OK sign to go forward to the guy in the front of the truck so I thought it was close but since the 2cd guy was right at the post location I figured I was safe. NOT!! Later at the job I noticed the red stripes on the passenger side over the tire. I left my name and number no one contacted me, went back to talk to the manager, he handed it over to some other person said its my issue since drove it in. When your eye are glued to the guy guiding you over a pit you are not expecting him to wipe the side of your truck out.

I can t express how grateful I was for the service I received yesterday. I have had one of the most stressful week of my life, and of course, car troubles came along with it to. I pulled up to Valvoline yesterday, and a very kind an understanding service technician, Adrian assured me that everything was going to be okay. I was literally at my breaking point with the car troubles and just started crying. Adrian (and another service tech, who had short golden hair, but i didn t catch her name) was so incredibly understanding and just really helped me out when I truly needed it the most. I am so grateful for their compassion and expertise.

I was there two days ago and I must say wow!!!! This place was super fast, friendly and totally professional! There s a young lady who works there who was in charge. She was awesome! She was knowledgeable and helpful! She told me several things I needed and showed me ! So I got some new filters and even windshield whippers. I came for my quick oil change but their careful inspection of my challenger allowed them to tell me what I needed to replace! Which I love !!!! She was super!!! The entire team was amazing!! Drive through, sit in car and out in about ten minutes...felt rather like a pit stop. I have no complaints, work was done well, staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Not much more to be said beyond location is next to several grocery stores and restaurants, so if you time it right its possible to grab a quick service without a dedicated trip.

This place has always been good to me and my vehicles. This last time I went in they didnt put my power steering cap on correctly. And now my truck makes a winding noise. And wont repressure its self. I tried to make the complaint to them and they never called me or tried to handle it. I had to take it to a mechanic. And pay for it. Yet they caused the problem.

Update: Been 2 months. They are ducking me. I have a case open with better business bureau . Ive had my engine inspected by 2 professionals. BMW calabasass and american auto tech (Military Update: David , regional manager took care of me and we got it handled! i wont be back however he made things right They paid for my new engine. However, tech cars.. go to your dealer Jet Engineer) He has documents ready. They said they are investigating however they just hope i forget Brand New BMW engine ruined. if you have tech friendly cars, just stick to your dealership

This place destroyed my car because one of the employees played with my serpentine belt and ten minutes after the service the belt snapped so I know someone at this place messed with it.

Changed my oil with them thinking how hard can an oil change on a VW jetta be? Guess what they completely botched it up and car started leaking oil all over the place and have me low oil warning had to stop at autozone top of oil just to drive it back to them and guess what? They charged me for ANOTHER oil change saying they need to change some sort of oil seal that they havent changed the first time. Well guess what after paying for another oil service my car kept leaking oil all over my parking garage and created a mess! Finally took it to the dealership for proper work. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!

I also appreciated the transparent and fair pricing for the service, it was reasonably priced for the work done. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain the options available and what was recommended for my vehicle. They were also happy to answer any questions I had about my cars maintenance.

I had a very good experience here, the staff were very friendly and willing to explain anything. I drove right in at around 2:30 pm on a Saturday and was out in less than 15 minutes. They did a good job and I would come back again. I was surprised that the price of a synthetic oil change was more than $80. I wish these prices were calculated online so you can know what to expect before you come here.

Had an oil change 3 weeks ago at this place. It said on my screen add 1 quart immediately or it may cause damage to engine. I walked in and told one of the guys there and he said he will be there in a second. I told him I have a meeting and please make it fast. I was outside for about 10 minutes and he never came. What poor client service. To come out and help me with 1 quart and he didnt have the time to do that!!! Ill take my vehicles elsewhere. They need to learn good customer service. That is what makes customers come back!!!

Super fast service. Oil changes are quick, so if there is a line, it will be your turn sooner than you think. They will let you know if it will take longer for your turn if other cars are getting more services than the oil change (transmission fluid, radiator fluid, etc.). You just stay in your car the entire time and go through details carefully, especially to non-car enthusiasts like me. They are very helpful and nice and let you know whats going on with your car, but of course you can always decline the extra services and they dont pressure you about it. Just to make you aware. Will come back again.

All I can say is WOW! I never have been to a drive through service like this and was used to waiting 2 to 3 hours at pepboys. I was in and out under 15 minutes, and everyone was super friendly and professional. They have gained a customer or life.

I went for the simple 15 minutes oil change and it has turn into a nightmare, I was straight forward with them i told then i only need an oíl change, so they do their usual routine to check for things under the hood and asked me if i wanted the windshield wipers and other stuff check i said not, so they rush on to the oil change, 20 minutes later they are done and tell me there is leak on the transmission for which I think its odd, i have been driving my truck and i check for leaks all the time, but this time it does leak because the guys working under the vehicle were careless and strip off the thread from the plug and now my truck leaks oil everywhere i go, not the simple common droplets you may see but its a pool of motor oil everywhere I go!!, this oíl change cost me over a hundred dollars!!

Stripped the oil pan plug on my new car then shoved in a bigger plug to try to stop it from leaking. Had to have a new oil pan installed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I first took my car there 5 months ago to get the oil changed. During the service the technician broke a clip on my airbox and when I asked him about it he lied and said everything was fine. After I got home and saw that they broke it I called them back and they said they would fix it. After a few months of back and forth it still hasn t been fixed... I took it in today for them to see if the part they ordered was right (which it wasn t), after they realized they ordered the wrong part they put my old one back on. After I pulled away I tried to turn on my A/C which is now not working. I went back to them to see if they can fix what they BROKE and I was told that they didn t do it and the area they were working in has nothing to do with the A/C... so working before I got there and not working after I left and they said it s not their fault. This is literally the WORST customer service I have ever received and after they fix what they broke I will never go back.

I called this store 2 hours before showing up to make sure they had the filter for my car. After being on hold for 5 mins they confirmed they had it.. ( I always call because stores usually don t carry my filter). I pull up and they don t have the filter or the oil... then tell me I can go purchase it at Pepboys and come back. Horrible customer service. I said thank you and drive away but called to tell them my experience and they didn t even take accountability for it.. passing the blame on the call center.. which makes the corporate office look bad...

I ve never been to a drive-through oil change before but it was very easy. The mechanics were nice, helpful, and respectful of my time and money.

This is a good place to get your oil changed if you have a taller vehicle as the bay doors are 12 high. Our RV made it inside no problem and was serviced quickly and professionally.
