First off Mechanics do their job well, but management is unprofessional. Management quotes different prices even after mechanics explains repair. Unprofessional way to run a business. Management needs to take account onto what the mechanic says. Owner should definitely make sure management and mechanics are working together not against each other for obvious reasons.
I have always purchased my boat batteries from Garza. They will bend over backward to find what you need and get it as soon as possible. I recommend you give them a chance for your next battery purchase.
Went there to purchase 4 new tires and an alignment, wasn’t impressed by the service at all , money hungry and no care for request’s, waited 3 hours for tire installed . I Was told could not perform alignment because my rear shock was bad ?? And charged me $50 to shine a light at my shock ?? Ridiculous … also asked to to have my breaks looked at witch they forgot when I went to pay , smh won’t be back

Highly recommend! Great prices and friendly staff. I don't know who Karen is but thank goodness she wasn't working when I went there. I had a wonderful experience as always and will be recommending this place to everyone. Over the years I've had 5 different sets of tires mounted here and never had an issue. I just had a brand new set mounted and also got an alignment done. I don't know jack diddly about cars and these guys could have said that I needed new ball joints today but they were honest with me and didn't try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in cars.
If I could rate this a zero star I would. I went there to have my tires replaced with the new ones I bought. Since I was only getting charged labor they said they'd do it for $40(under the table no receipt) and figured I was getting a good deal. But would I come to regret this decision. No later than 48hrs after this was done, I was drive down the road at approximately 15mph when my front right wheel fell off. This caused the front passenger side inner wall, brake rotor, and wheel threads to be completely destroyed. I ended up stranded until the tow truck was able to tow me back home. Once I got home the tow truck driver showed me that they over-torqued my lug nuts which caused my wheel to fall off. I was lucky to be alive since all it took was a simple tap with your foot to pop another lug nut off from the front driver wheel. I went the next morning to explain my situation and requested they just fix the mechanical issues so I can drive again. I didn't really care for the cosmetic damage (even though it caused my left front passenger door to not be able to open anymore) since its probably worth more than the car itself. The husband was really nice and apologetic but told me to go take to his wife who deals with all the paper work and I essentially encounter the rudest Karen possible because she did not want to help me whatsoever, she asked me for a receipt but told her how they only wanted cash and to check the cameras but apparently their cameras "didn't work" she wouldn't budge until I threaten to take them to court over the damages. That's when she consided and said that they would only fix the mechanical issues for free (again that's all I wanted). In the end it was not worth it due to me having my car ruined even more, them not wanting to take ownership of their mistakes, and ultimately wanting me gone as quickly as possible. Hopefully I can save someone else from having to deal with them.
2nd generation Garza Tire customer. When I moved to this part of San Juaquin some 20-25 years ago, I didn't know who to trust and who to keep suspect with regard to my vehicles. My wife's dad turned me on to Garza by word of mouth and I've been a customer ever since. Have 4-6 sets of tires put on in this time frame. Many side projects (whitewall tires on Steele rims), 250MM rear tire mounted to bike builds, 8-spoke Weld Racing, i mean the gamut of rims and wheels and I have not worried once about anything being damaged during the mounting process. As I understand it, Garza now has a 'touchless' mounter thing -- they used it on my 1929 Ford Hotrod when i had the whitewalls mounted -- Anyway - Garza is a family business, and in my humble opinion, an example of the American dream at work. His single bay shop to his multiply bays and covered secure storage for his tires etc. -- its been rad to be a part of it.
Spanish is the best language to communicate here...or they just do what they want, regardless of what you specifically ask.
Bought wheel from them didnt balance wheels correctly, took it back they only took of two front wheels, car still shakes at 55 & 75 so need to be rebalanced a 3rd time
My family and I have been going to this business Since I was little. They are very fast at what they do excellent service and very very friendly. They make sure the job is done before you leave. I would recommend this place.
Unprofessional they do not follow trough on set dates for completion they do not take accountability, overall poor customer service and they make the mistake of thinking they are the only mechanic/tire shop around, do your self a favor and take your business elsewhere!

Great place, family owned business. Been coming here for years for all my tire needs. They also do alignment and some auto repair. Car, tractor, trailer, Big rigs theyll take care of you. Gotta flat theyll fix ya up
They charged my husband 500.00 for alignment,they left bolt loose truck ran terriable so he took it back.They said it was fixed,they didnt fix it and they kept it overnight.They are to expensive and lousy work.
Mounted 5 tires for a 1938 Ford P/U. This took a mere half hour...in @ 0800 out @ 0830. Very nice folks and a fair price. I will return in the future.
A friend of mine whent there to get a oil change. They gave her the car back with a check engine light. SHe was taken advantage of kuz he was 18 and lil knowledge of cars.Very sketchy place. Dont take it from me. Find out on your own.
They sold us a 10 yo used tire to for $94! First of all they misinformed us about the prices for used and new tires, then they spoke quietly in spanish about a used tire and they wanted to raise the price on it, I started speaking spanish to them and only then, did the whispering stop. They said alignment was free so we said yes to it. The mechanic was asked by my bf if the tire was good enough and the mechanic shrugged his shoulders. Lastly, they installed a different tire than the one they showed us because there was a hole and they didnt care to ask if the other tire was good AND they didnt do the alignment. They took more than 30mins to change a simple tire, we thought they were doing the alignment too but no. THEYRE ALL SUSPICIOUS AND DUMB!
Spent 1000s on work on 2 Chevy pickups, everyone I know suggested I go here. Big mistake. Both trucks, not even a year later are falling apart. Took them to a different mechanic and found so many parts that where put on upside down and none of the old parts I paid to be replaced where replaced(I marked them with paint pens)Watch your self.

Cheapest quickest and amazingly friendly staff. Even when dealing with customers unreasonable attitude (me) they stayed professional courteous even calling later to help. I wish I could take back my bad attitude that they didnt deserve that day but I cant. So I feel its the very least I can do to let everyone know just how great the customer service and quality of work they provide at the Cheapest prices around. We have lived about a block away for over 20 years now and they have always been this way. Thank you Garza tire for getting my truck road ready.

charged me $50 just to tell me they couldn t align my car and refused to in any way but previously with my lowered cars i wasn t charged.
If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. I went it to buy a used tire because i called before hand to make sure they had it and they said they did, but once I was driving I noticed the car felt weird. Turns out they gave me the wrong tire size. I went to return it and the Karen up front did not want to return it because I didn t have a receipt when she never gave me one. I told her that and she said she did and I told her to check the cameras and she just kept arguing saying she did. At the end she only returned half of my money and told me to shut up. This place is filled with crooks, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service and If you need something fixed or looked at DO NOT trust them. My car came back worse than when it went in and they tried blaming us for things that we brought it in for to be fixed.

GARZA Tire always treat me like Ive been coming to there shop since the beginning. They get me in and out as fast as possible with out hurrying me like Im some random number. !! DO NOT COME HERE!! I would give them zero stars if it could. Been here before and they had helped my out, but I guess you can only be a good company on some days. Tried to have my car aligned, when the tech came to pull the car up to the machine, my car disappeared. Five minutes go by, still no car, definitely frantic by now, five more minutes go by and now my husband and I are looking talking about where our car went. Lady comes by and says tech took it for a test drive. Mind you a test drive I never gave my consent to not even had the knowledge until 10 minutes after the fact. When tech comes back he says he cant do the alignment cause we have too many problems (just had the front end looked at and was passed with flying colors) which I knew for a fact was a lie. And we still had to pay for some hidden diagnostic fee that came with the not-proformed alignment. Definitely reporting to the BBB and the FTC.

Never ever take your car to this place . My bf took his car to get it aligned because he installed suspension and he lowered it too. Its not the first time he takes a lowered car to get it aligned. When we go there to pick it up the guy that does the alignments parked the car way to close to the concrete block and messed up his front lip really bad . When we tried saying something about it the owner of the place started blaming us saying it was already like that. He even threatened us to call the police, and started taking pictures of his car. Plus now the car pulls to the right and it feels worse than before. Don t take your cars there, trust me they are very unprofessional and for every mistake they make they will blame it on the customer. They definitely don t care about the customer.

They do all our extended familys commercial and domestic tire work. We took our van in and they changed all our tires, did alignment, turned two of our brake rotors for a very reasonable rate. Thank you.
Service is horrible. Was told that vehicle was ready and would be deliver in 20mins at designated location. Waited over 2 hours. Called them every 30mins and excuses such last minute inspection, preparation, and on the way. It s a 5mile drive down Santa Fe.

Waited two hrs in the lobby, when I was finally told my car was done . The tires were the wrong size & all different brands. I dont know if they thought I would not notice because I am a women! Never coming here again. By the way the office staff talked about every customer after they left, bad business ethics.
I have taken my BMW 525i 2001 here 2 times. Fuel pump fuel filters chanfe. 2nd time for thurmostat and sensors and cooling resovar replacement. I got a great price and good. Service. I have had no complants with thier work so far. Im very happy with them. Good prices and good work.

Dont recommend this place to anyone for anything I took my truck to get fix, tbh they dont really know what there doing and plus they charge a lot like if they were professionals, they just want your money, this is my 3rd time making business with them. And its always been the same, the first time I was making business with them I asked for a tow truck and they took 4 hr to get to my house and I only live like 5 min away (They turn a 2 hr job into a 9 hr job even if your the first one on the list ) And advice for them is that if you they want there business to get better is to be up in some of there workers to make everything professional and not to just be guessing about everything Really unprofessional place it might look professional but its really not
Expensive and a little disorganized for what i expected. However mr. Garza will tend to your problems by any means necessary, a feature I enjoyed while being helped. They will try their best to make it happen and if they cant do it they will tell you who can.

Got my spare at a good price the only thing is the wait was long... I had to wait like 30 plus mins for them to even check my car out to go find a spare to fit then another hour to make sure that it will go on the car. Other places I have walked in told them size within 10 mins they pull my car back and check if tire fits and usually time in and out is no longer than 30 to 45 mins

Had some front end work done and they never tightened some of the bolts on the A-frame. I took it to my normal mechanic thinking that it was something different and he pointed out out to me. How can they overlook this? It was a car accident waiting to happen. The owner seems like a great guy but he needs to hire a more responsible suspension/alignment mechanic. I dont think I will ever go back to Garza tire & wheel

I dont know about the best deals but Im sure its close. The one thing I know is that they have gone out of their way to give me the best and fastest service possible. I have never had a problem with any of the services I have ever needed.

Zero stars for this place. Broke my door handle and didnt admit they did it. Also left my steering wheel full of grease. Very unprofessional next time Ill take it to the dealer instead
Took my truck in for an exhaust leak. Showed them where the leak was and they said oh we have a gasket for that. Ok. Told me we can sell u the gasket for $20 if u want to install it yourself. Ok. Them thinking I didnt understand Spanish, the guy said $20 and she told him $25 then she rang me up for $42. I said, for a gasket! She said oh well we put it on the rack and looked so we have to charge for that even though I told them where the leak was. Dont go here if your not mexican.

Had bought a used tire from them previously for 25 came in to get two used tires and I brought one. It was going good until I got the bill. she wanted to charge me 50 each bald used tire and said I lied That I didnt buy one for 25. so I said no to the bill and she had put my car down onto the rims. There wasnt even a tire on it. Smh but, I stopped them so I paid $45 to mount one tire it was my fault I thought it was 25 she said and laughed even told employee in Spanish talking about me like dont know Spanish

I have never had a bad experience here. My car has had a lot of repairs done and the work that Gaza has done on my vehicle is quality work for a great price. Often times my car problems come up unexpected and they have been able to get my car in same day and have it done same day. I have had bad experiences with other shops for the work to the prices. Garzas has earned my trust and I highly recommend them they are definitely my go to. They will never do a job before informing you of the issue and the cost.
I will never go back to this place, I bought a new set of four tires and wheels from her because my car had two inches bigger tires and it was hitting the top. When they called me to pick up my car they were closing and only gave me my car with the new tires; they said the shop was closed and if I could come back to pick up my former tires, which by the way were new. I was bumped and agreed to return for them the following week. Unfortunately it was the holiday season and I did not get a chance to go back for them until the next week. To my surprise the lady had ordered to take the tires off my wheels and had the nerve to tell me she threw them away and had done me a favor because they were old and bumpy, then she said her place is not a storage. What sucks is that she had my number but she obviously had other plans for my tires. It feels terrible to get robbed like this especially when you did business there and spent a ton of money on new everything. Be careful.
I would double think before going here the main lady will rob you the instant you let her. Had a bad experience will never buy from them again.
