Art did an awesome job on my PT Cruiser. Not only did he finish in record time, he went the extra mile by looking my car over and recommending parts in need of replacing, which he did. It's a 2 hour round trip to get there but so very worth it!! My PT is now road worthy again so no more rental cars for trips.

Took my Toyota Camry in for transmission problem. Years ago when Art first started his business he was good. Now since he has grown things aren't the same. My Camry never leaked anything but when I got it back I noticed it leaking power steering fluid.. I told Art about it and he said it couldn't be from them. Yeah right. Also broke a piece of plastic that covers the latch for the gas and trunk levers. Someone there put it back in place to make it look like nothing was wrong with it. I won't be taking my car there ever again. You ain't right Art.

We had our Honda Odyssey delivered to this shop on Monday, 2/20/23 for a transmission rebuild. The day prior, we cleaned the interior of our vehicle, so we knew what condition it was in before it left to the repair shop via a car hauler that I followed. Finally, on Tuesday 3/7/23, I received a call that it was finished and ready for pick up. We went and picked up our van and as soon as we opened the doors, we noticed how absolutely oily/filthy the front and back floor mats were. I went to speak with Art but he had already left, so I texted with him the following day. He offered not even so much as an apology but rather insisted there was no way it happened at his shop. Even after I explained that we had cleaned the interior prior to it being taken to his shop, he wasn't hearing it. I told him I wasn't saying he did it personally but someone there did something and after getting the mats out and looking closer, it appears to me, either they stored oily parts on them or our floor mats were stolen and these disgusting, oily ones were put in their place. Art never replied back to me after I asked him if he had cameras around his facility....I wonder why! I will say, the overall price of the work was fair and so far we've had no mechanical issues with the van. Please view the attached photos of the floor mats.
