Had a horror story hitting a boulder on HWY 20. The behemoth took out two tires and I had to drive at 5mph on one donut and 2 good tires for 20 miles. Crazy story. He took the car immediately and he was in no way trying to gouge me or make a quick buck. He was honest, willing to work with me, and trying to help me with my bent rim. He also aligned all four tires after new tires were put on the front. Very cool experience during such a stressful event. A little slow but a very nice guy and I am highly recommending to anyone to friends or family.

On Highway 20 my tire light went on! The truckstop recommended Williams Tires and Wheels. The polite and skilled owner quickly found the screw, and patched it with a plug which has held now, as he said it would, for over a month. I’m told it will last the Life of the tire. I expected to pay a lot, since I was so desperate, but he was Very economical. He was also very kind to, But also careful with, my disabled son, Who wanted to watch. My son gave him a fist bump, as did I, with much gratitude for his skill, Speed, affordability and kindness.. we were all smiles!! Highly recommend!!

After going to an event this past weekend in the hills towards East Park Reservoir, hit many pothole which damaged one of my front tires. Desperate to find a tire shop open on a Sunday, I found Williams Tire & Wheels who had a used tire in my hard to find size. Owner was awesome and installed at a really fair price. Much better than my other option of having my car towed home for $400+. What a lifesaver that this newly established place was here right when I needed them. And to top that off, they even offered me and my wife ice cold bottled water or soda. Many thanks 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This shop is it, old school customer service and gets you in and out quickly. I had a screw in my tire, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The owner is very nice! This is the type of business’s that we need to support! Local and not a corporate. Highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of this business. I was driving home with my child on Saturday evening at 5:30 on I5 and had a blow out on one of my tires and we were over 300 miles from home. My tires were purchased and had a warranty from a larger brand name business. I called them first and was pretty much told "oh well" from them since they were closing soon. I was waiting for road side assistance and started calling all the tire shops I could find online and I was pretty much shut down by them since they were close to closing for the day (and weekend). I happened to call a tire repair in Colusa and the gentleman told me his uncle's business was closer in Williams. He said he would drive there and wait with his uncle until we could limp in on the spare tire. They stayed open over an hour past their closing time. I was able to purchase a new tire for a reasonable price. They put it on, then made sure that all my tires had the proper pressure. They literally saved me from having to find a hotel for 2 nights to wait for Monday morning. They are awesome! Great work, great empathy and caring.

Amazing customer service! I had one of my trailer tires pop off the bead on the way up highway 5. I rolled up to this shop, no appointment just out of the blue. The guy helped me in the spot, I was back in the road in 20 minutes! Courteous and professional. Highly recommend them.
