Batteries Plus in West Sacramento

The guys did me a solid and replaced a pesky auxiliary battery located on the boot of my GL63 and in the rain. Really appreciate the great customer service and can do attitude to get me bank up and running with all my electrical needs.

Superb Service here! I have experienced fabulous service here that I thought was a long lost thing of the past in our country. I have purchased all my car batteries for 2 cars and deep charge batteries for my camper which takes two batteries for over 10 years now. I have never failed to be impressed at their knowledge, helpfulness, and willingness to take time to help in any way including trouble shooting at whatever level is necessary. My most recent experience with Anthony, Store Mgr, and Macio has excelled even their great performance in the past. There is no limit from what I've seen as to how hard they will work to make sure you are pleased even when they may not get an immediate sale. This is FIRST CLASS customer first focus. they had my online order, placed only the night before, ready for pickup , with my name on it. I did call advance to verify it was the correct type of bulb I needed. I will consider them for other types of batteries or bulbs in the future.

Stopped in twice recently to Batteries Plus to get some bulbs I couldn’t find at any other store. Within less than a minute I was pointed to what I needed. Great customer service Jose and Maceo. Will definitely visit this store again for my light and battery needs

I simply must share my delightful experience at this store! The store clerk, Devon, provided exceptional service. He helped find the perfect battery for me, who don't know nothing about batteries, and was a pleasure to talk to! I rarely recommend, review, or tip, but Devon's manner of service made this old lady smile! I'll definitely return for any future sales and repairs (fingers crossed nothing too broken!). Highly recommended!

Great transaction. Ordered battery ahead and requested installation. Into the store and driving out of parking lot in 15 minutes. Friendly and efficient staff were expecting me. Top of line brand battery and a 20% discount for ordering on line.
