For 13 years I have been getting absolutely the very best service from Freydoon and his workers. He is simply the most knowledgeable auto-mechanic I have ever known. He puts his heart in his work. He answers all your questions thoroughly with the best behavior. He installs quality parts for any work needed. He treats you so respectfully.He never overcharges you. He never re commands you to get any unnecessary item for your car. He loves to learn and he loves solving all kinds car problems. He makes the best advises. I have always received my car in best working condition when he worked on it.I never go to any other place and he is our local mechanic hero. His son Andishe is also doing a great job and he just like his father is a wonderful man helping his father with their office management. I am so honored that I have had the opportunity to find star auto sports and to know all staff members.
Frank, Cham, and Rachel are all fantastic people at Star Auto. I’ve been taking my 2015 328i msport here for the past 5 years I’ve lived in LA and always received quality service on my vehicle and customer service is excellent as well. I wish they were open on weekends but it’s no big deal. I took my car to get a quote elsewhere that was close to my office for several repairs but Star AutoSport came in at half the cost. I’d 100% recommend to anyone but especially if you have BMW.
My many thanks to frank and his incredible team for such a superb service on my Mercedes Benz , where all other service shops start scratching their head to diagnose the issues with my car engine , frank found the problem and stored the engine back to its glory days! A 2 week project turned into a 5 month project. Owner didn’t have mechanics to do the work. Always too busy and extremely disorganized. After 5 months of the owners false promises I took my services elsewhere. All to find out the work that was said to be complete was Mickey Moused. Now, paying a certified mechanic to do the work correctly. Owner is charming and charismatic but not organized and will take advantage (my opinion). Be careful using this mechanical shop. I would recommend getting other opinions. I am sad to write a review like this but after my bill was >8k and the work was not complete. I don’t want the next customer to have to go thru what I did.
Been coming here for 3-4 years. Albert and his team are as good as it gets. Honest and trustworthy when it comes to servicing my BMW and now Mercedes. They have saved me money and even advised I wait on certain fixes that the dealership recommended. Hard to find trustworthy mechanics. I highly recommend Star Auto!!!
Frank and team are seriously the best. Very trustworthy guys and Rachel is great managing the customer experience. I've gotten warranty work done with them several times and they handle all interactions with the underwriter on your behalf. They are also extraordinarily fast with their work, same day turnaround has been my experience on 2 occasions now. If you're a BMW owner, take solace in the fact that Frank used to work for BMW M R&D, the man knows these cars like no other. Prices are also very reasonable, 30% less than dealer rates for the same quality of work. My cars will only be serviced by these guys for as long as they're around.
I came here last minute because my car broke down last night. Even though this place is usually by appointment only, Frank was able to accommodate and help me fix the problems in my car. I really do appreciate Frank helping me because I came from Port Hueneme and now I feel safe driving back. The customer service is excellent and the price was just right. Thank you Frank!!!
Albert who is one of the partners there is fantastic. Honest, reliable, and really knows cars. They do great work. Albert has moved overseas but Frank, the owner, continues with outstanding service.

Over price for the job of $550 is asking me $1600. I did it for $550. Please check twice before you get to this place.
The quality at this shop dropped 1-2 years ago. At first I thought it was me and I wasn t being diligent enough. However, the last repair was the final straw. I asked to be consulted before any repairs. I was not. Instead they fixed the same perceivable problem on their part and the result is still a problematic vehicle. I felt like I was being strung along. Told different stories by different people.

Star Autosports shop is the number one choice for me and I have both Lexus and Mercedes. We ve been going to these guys for years now and no once we ve been turned down, yelled at or being mistreated. Starting from the sweet lady Rachel who answers the phone and ending with picking up the car, the whole experience is a joy. Plus, the prices are so reasonable that I know they always check extra but I never pay more because it s that much they really care. You know when you leave your car for an oil change and it almost always turns out to and huge bill bc this and that is wrong . Well how do we know really?!! How many mechanics will come with all sorts of wrong things that are actually NOT true?!! I have done a double check and assured that nothing is wrong. Nothing like this will happen with Star Autosports. They honestly do what they will tell you they would do and if nothing is wrong, they don t hammer you with thousands of dollars bills. But whenever I need to have more extensive work done, I actually believe them that my car needs it. Very humble, honest and generous people. Sometimes I ll call and ask for immediate service and they will always fit me. Having a good Dr. , Hairdresser and a mechanic should be the mantra for all of us. You want people that care about you and not just take your money. I am a nurse and I know when someone truly cares. And it is why that I choose Star Autosports for my personal mechanic. Thank you for all you do for us.
I got a recommendation to go to this establishment for my classic repair needs and I will say, it was all on point. I met Frank who mainly worked on my vehicle who was very knowledgeable and informative about my classic. He was also friendly and honest. I also had a chance to meet and converse with Albert and little bit with Racheal who also were very pleasant. My overall experience was great and I will definitely keep them in mind if I am in need again in the future.

Albert and Frank are great. They did repair all issues with my mercedes C32. Been Going for around 2 years. They have good knowledge on mercedes and are very professional. Using original parts for the car. you will pay cheaper than dealership. They usually work fast, within one to 2 days to fix the car.
I loved Star Autosports! First of all they came highly recommended by my colleagues who have been high performance vehicle owners for many years. Being new to the game I depended entirely on the folks at Star Autosports for my intel. Really, really great shop. I do a lot of the work on my car myself, but whenever it is beyond my ability or equipment, I have full confidence bringing it to Star. Albert and Frank are more than willing to discuss technical topics if you are more knowledgeable and will also break down and explain any repairs that have been done, and will advise what you might need to do later down the road. Great prices for labor and parts.

The staff here went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed. They took extra time to show me what they did to repair the vehicle. They also showed me what to look out for in the future matnence. They even fixed a few things for free. The price is beyond fair. They looked to save me money where the could. This company really cares and Ill be taking all my business here. Its rare to find a shop that is honest and really cares. Im certain I can trust these guys to do exactly what they are supposed to and more. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road in a timely and professional manner.

Extremely honest & helpful. Frank thoroughly ran through everything wrong with my car after the dealership was unable to help & fixed it. My car appeared to have a fault with the electronic stabilization system and would randomly turn off while driving or have issues starting. They identified the issue, and found several more issues with the car that the dealership was unable to catch when they ran diagnostics & had my car for 6 days. Star Autosports did it in about 5 hours, replaced the faulty battery, fixed the software on my magnetic suspension, fixed an important wiring on the engine, and cleaned out the carbon build-up on the engine as well as cleaned the suspension and mass flow sensor. Again, this is compared to 6 days the dealership took to diagnose an electrical issue that they did not properly fix, and they wanted me to wait another week to take a second look. Star Autosports fixed it the same issue, plus everything else the same day. The car is running (and sounding) insanely better than before as well and thats not even the original reason I took the car for repair. Of course, there are also no longer any faults with the suspension or electronic stabilization. And the cost of the battery + the labor for everything combined was less than the dealerships charge for replacing a single oil sensor on my car. Extremely reasonable & transparent pricing. Remember, I took my car to the official dealership first and explained the same issues. The dealership quoted 4 hours for diagnostics and did not find any of the issues Frank was able to find & fix in about the same time. I highly recommend you go to Star Autosports first. Frank knew more about my car than any of the dealerships Ive been to in the past, explained everything that was done, and was a lifesaver.

Star Autosports was a great improvement from the dealer and the most honest of all the independent Mercedes Benz shops in the area. I surveyed 4 in the area, but chose Star Autosports due to their honesty and lack of gouging on the price of things.! There was an issue within the intake manifold of our CLK350 and my research on the internet stated that it could be resolved by replacing the defective component. All the locations (including a dealer in a very affluent city) I stopped at and talked with stated the entire intake manifold needed to be replaced and the part from the dealer was about $1300 plus labor. The first person I saw and spoke with at Star Autosport was Frank. He confirmed the issue, but stated that it could be corrected by only replacing the pieces of the intake manifold that were defective. Frank showed me an old manifold so I could clearly see what was wrong and how it could be repaired affordably. Albert took the time to show me the part they would use and how long things would take! The price was VERY REASONABLE compared to everyone else who gave me a quote. We had some other minor and moderate issues taken care of as well - they did their own vehicle inspection to let me know what else was needed. Albert and Frank were honest and reassured me with understandable logic, while Rachel called me to give me status updates. I dont drive German cars due to my preference for other makes, but I trust these guys with my wifes car... Just too bad it took me so long to find them! My wife has been driving the car around for the past week and has mentioned on more than one occasion that the car feel like new! Thank you Rachel, Albert, and Frank!

Last repair factory shou should go in the world! Will charge you $170 for diagnosis and dont look at you car in detail. lack of ability to make a good diagnosis. kill you wallet for offerring nothing!
