If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would! After calling multiple places this was the best options for my budget about $200 less than their competitors and their services was even better than the competition. It was a sunny day when they came to my job to do a whole windshield replacment then out of nowhere it started raining a TON! Somehow my windshield was replaced without any water getting into my car I have no idea how they did it, but dang they did a good job. it clearly wasn't the guy's first rodeo, but I cannot get over how he got this finished.

I had an issue with my windshield that was causing water to leak into my car. I called and was able to schedule a same day appointment. They will meet you at your house, or whatever address you prefer which is super convenient. Noe the technician was friendly, polite and helpful. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. The rate was very affordable and he did a great job. I would use their services again and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on the glass in their car.

Great service, they were at my house within 2 hours and replaced my window and cleaned all the broken glass out of the car.

I made a request online at 6am. They message me at 8 am for more information. By 9am everything was finalized and we agreed to an appointment before noon the same day. The rep was 25 minutes late, but I appreciated that he called ahead of time. The customer service representative was very professional and I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of work performed by the mobile technician. His work was clean and detail oriented. Overall, I think the price was reasonable ($350 for a Sprinter van windshield), but the level of professionalism was beyond expectations. I wish other companies cared this much.

Best auto glass company out there. Very reasonable prices and their employees worked very hard to get the job done correctly. Would definitely recommend these guys

A very poor repair. We had a tiny chip in the windscreen, so I got Velocity to fix it with resin before it could spread. When they put the resin in, it dried white, not clear. They told me that it often comes out like that (LOL) and that the only thing I could do would be to get them to install a new windscreen. They didn't offer to re-do the job and just wanted to argue with me. A very bad job and bad customer service attitude.

Someone broke the front window of my car and I called Velocity for an appointment since it was nearby and had good reviews. They showed up later the same day and the replacement was very quick. There were some glass shards stuck left over at the end but opening and closing the door to shake it out got most of it. That was the only point against the experience but overall good price and fast service.
