If you can maintain composure during a challenging conversation, you will undoubtedly appreciate the efficiency and high level of service at City Alignment. The vehicle was promptly brought in and parked at the entrance. Chris promptly began work, completing it in less than the anticipated 30-minute timeframe. Wow! This place is a hidden gem. I went in soley off the reviews and this shop gets a 10/10 for service and price. No, Chris isn't super talkative but he was fair and my MINI is back to driving straight. Customer for life now!
Chris has been working on my cars for years. He's honest and reasonably priced. One time he said I didn't even need an alignment and he didn't charge me. I would highly recommend this place.
I recently had my 4runner's aftermarket suspension adjusted. Frank's automotive recommended Chris and his alignment shop, he is the best of the best for all vehicle alignment needs. Chris is very professional and very educated in his profession. His prices are fair. I highly recommend him for all over landing vehicles.
This place is interesting to start off. The gentlemen does excellent alignments, priced well and is fast. His knowledge and craft is excellent and that is the only reason why I come here. Now let's get to why I gave three stars... his customer service is horrible to say the least. You call and try to get information from the guy who is an expert and he is condescending and demeaning towards you for not knowing. Basic customer service would honestly be such a more enjoyable experience for both parties. Not sure if life just has him down or eveytime seems like he is having a bad day.
This is our go-to place for all our alignment needs. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, and very honest. He would check our vehicles first and let us know if an alignment is needed or not, never charging us for unnecessary services. We could always trust him totally.
I am sure everyone has read the other reviews about this place and they are all true. The person who does alignments here truly is a master of his craft and one of the best if not the best person I had aligned my car over the last two decades. I thought I would be charged a lot extra and it would take hours to get everything back into proper spec. Imagine my surprise when 25 minutes later my car is complete with a very reasonable I would even say small bill associated for the quality of work performed. Every single parameter was dead in the middle of the acceptable range with each side being identical a true showing of somebody's master craft. I will be using this place for all my vehicles from here and out and I recommend that everyone else does the same. It's important to note that customer service here is slightly different You do not speak you do not do anything simply slide over the keys come back in 30 minutes to an hour and pay the man he deserves it. No small talk no side conversations just simply amazing work Just make sure to call ahead and make an appointment before you show up.
This place was highly recommended by our mechanic and I see why. It isn't fancy or even have a website but they are simple and honest. Making and appointment was easy. They checked my vehicle and said that it wasn't out of alignment so I didn't need their service. They were honest. how refreshing. They have earned another satisfied customer that will tell other about them. Bravo and keep up the great work!

Had a very weird, unprofessional experience here and ended up leaving. Very surprising given all the positive reviews. First time here, I come on time to my appointment and went inside to drop off my keys. The man at the front desk (which also has some sort of unmade bed inside??) barely says hello, takes my keys, walks out to the shop and then comes back without a single word. I give him a minute and when it s clear nothing else is happening (he had a x-box remote in hand lol) I ask what else they need and get a confused look, like i should already know what the deal is. The man says thats all they need (not even my phone number or which car is mine...) and then silence again. No information at all about the process, how long it will take, where I should wait, ect. Confused, I ask how long it will take, to which the man says normally it takes 30 minutes but the owner has left and never takes his cell phone so I can t text him and has absolutely no idea when he ll be back. Uh ok....so Im just supposed to wait here in this tiny creepy room forever?? I asked if I could drop off my car and return tomorrow to which I literally get no response, just a blank stare. At that point it was red flag city so I asked for my keys and left. I ended up going to Main Street Automotive who got me in same day, were very friendly, explained the process and has their act together with text message service. No red carpet, just basic customer service, which is all I was looking for. Maybe the owner is the reason for all the positive reviews? In any case, they need to train their front desk person better or find a new one with better customer skills.
2 page receipt, page 1 is the usual. Page 2 has all the specified tolerances, and includes actual before and after settings. The before handling on my car was already decent, but after alignment, no tire squeal even in fast corners. If a car needs alignment, I highly recommend this shop.
Fast, professional service for a really fair price. The difference was noticeable immediately on my car. Ill definitely be back on a regular basis to keep my wheel alignment perfect. When the manufacturer of my car recommends expensive, high performance tires having your wheels aligned makes a huge difference in wear.

This guy is like rainman. If you re looking for inspiring conversation this is not the place. If you re looking for a badass alignment by a guy that s a bit ocd about getting your car running straight and you have other friends for conversation I recommend Chris. He is prompt, efficient, and he s DEFINITELY not gonna waste a bunch of your time with chit chat or trying to be buddies. I have had alignments elsewhere. And I would say without reservation make an appointment to see Chris. I ll never go anywhere else.

Car was pulling to one side, brought it in to Chris. Took him only 10 minutes to diagnose that the alignment was perfect and there was nothing mechanically wrong. He gave me great advice to determine if it was the front tires and thats what it ended up being. He did not charge me a penny for the diagnosis or advice either.
The one star review is BS. Chris is the real deal. Quiet man yes, along with fair and no nonsense. Independent mechanics in Walnut Creek use Chris. Bottom line Ive had many cars aligned in the past going back to the 90s, wrecked cars, newer cars, well worn cars. I trust Chris the most of anyone and trust him with my current cars that Im pretty passionate about- high performance Honda S2000, fancy German car, and my sizeable Toyota SUV.

Wont go anywhere else. Chris isnt rude, hes just not the talkative type. He IS however, the honest type: wouldnt even charge me for an inspection when I brought my car in for an alignment the first time (the rear bushings were shot - another shop had already happily charged me for an alignment that was off again as soon as I pulled out of the driveway). If you want someone to chat with, go to another shop - if you want it done right from someone you can trust, take it to Alignment Services. From my daily driver to my vintage Road Racing Mustang, Chris does all my cars now.
