I had been to two O’Reillys and was sold the wrong wiper blades and I told the sales person they were the wrong size. They didn’t fit just like I told the salesperson. So I got my money back and went to another O’Reillys and the same thing happened again. So today 12/4 I went to another O’Reillys and the sale guy David was going to do everything he could to make it right. He was the best cause he listened to what I was saying and didn’t ignore what I had to say cause I’m a woman. After trying for over a month I finally got the right size wiper blade and David was so nice to make sure they were on right. Thank you David for O’REILLY in Victorville on Palmdale rd.

Oil recycling thats great for the environment. But when staff expects you to take it to the back and dump it....i say no thanks you do it. There not to happy about it but they do it regardless. Everytime i have used oil they try and see if they can have me dump it for them.

I came to O’Reillys today to get a new battery. The employee, David helped me on the phone, when I called to check if they had my battery in stock. When I got to the store, David helped me at the counter as well. David was very knowledgeable and helpful with information about my battery, the battery installation process, and maintenance and upkeep of a battery. David taught me a lot about car batteries, that I didn’t know before. That kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. He went out of his way to make sure I was more informed and I appreciate that greatly. He tested my battery, starter, and alternator to be sure it was a battery that I needed. It was. He help install my battery too. He was super professional, and gave great customer service! I will definitely be back to Oreillys! Thank you again David!

The number one thing that I like about this business is there attitude and the friendly greeting. The stores seemed to be stock with items that are common. Associates are knowledgable about products and where they are on the shelves. Prices are decent as well. Im not knocking their competitor, but good job, O'Reilly.
