I was recommended to go here by a great friend that I've known for over forty years that has always been upfront and honest with me and I respect his opinion. I recently took my mother's car to Tune ups plus for some much-needed repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Javier was incredibly professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure the car was in top condition. Not only did he do an amazing job with the repairs, but the final cost was over $500 less than what Thousand Oaks Infiniti quoted us. I've been going to tune up plus years now and Javier is the best,honest mechanic I've ever used.

I had an exhaust gas valve that needed replacement on my Suzuki SUV. Dealership wanted $600. I went to this place and asked if I supplied the part, would they install? They said yes. I got the part from a place in oiho, they installed, total cost $450. Since then I went in for oil change, Jiffy Lube charges me about 99 bucks, they charged $40. Been there a few times since, always an honest deal and quality work. They are my only mechanic!!

This shop ROCKS!! Very reliable and trustworthy..which is hard to say about a mechanic. I recommend this place to everyone in Ventura/Oxnard. The only mechanic I go to. UPDATE: Im not sure what happened to this place. It might have been the other mechanic that worked on my vehicle, but they didn't put my spark plugs in right. I drove away and up the grade heading south on the 101. Miss firing on the way up the hill I had to pull over in the emergency turnout. I had a different mechanic specializing in Ford look at my vehicle, they said they didnt tighten the spark plugs down all the way. 3 out of the 6 were broken, due to the misfire. I will not be back there again. It's unfortunate, because I really liked the owner. :/
