If anyone needs RV work in the Ventura area or solar for your RV this man is amazing!!! He came and gave me a couple options for my leaking AC when it rained and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of crap. Super honest sweet man!!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Safe Travels RV changed out the lead acid deep cycle batteries on our Class A RV with lithium ion batteries. They also adapt added additional solar panels on top of our motorhome and added the capability of Deployable panels that we can set up when sun is limited on our motorhome. They also added heaters to keep our batteries above freezing because we have been caught by very cold weather sometimes. They knew how to do all of this work with proper safeties and interactions with our motorhome. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again whenever we need work on our motorhome.

Bill did a great job upgrading and optimizing the existing electrical systems in my travel trailer so that I can now boon-dock for several days with the knowledge that I won’t run out of battery storage. This included adding a large marine lithium battery, an inverter, and a Victron monitoring system which are now linked to my rooftop solar panels. His design also cleverly incorporated the continued use of the trailer’s existing 6v lead acid batteries. We collaborated on the overall design of the new system based on my overall needs and preferences, and he then executed the purchase and installation of the equipment in a very efficient and professional matter. I highly recommend Safe Travels to those looking for an honest and reliable RV service provider!

Our back AC had no power. We called around and finally found Safe Travels. I am extremely impressed. Bill found the problem right now, not only did he fix it but he took the time to show my husband a few things so if this happened again he would know how to fix it. Safe Travels RV Services provided excellent service by troubleshooting a faulty neutral to ground issue I had with Renogy equipment on my marine application. Ultimately, we replaced the Renogy equipment with Victron products. Bill again assisted by programming my Victron inverter/charger to match my battery chemistry and power needs, plus provided many valuable recommendations for this installation, including going from lead acid AGM batteries to a Lithium Iron Phosphate house battery bank.
